초등 미술과 교육과정 재구성의 근거이론적 탐구

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교에서 이루어지고 있는 미술과 교육과정 재구성에 관해 탐구하고근거이론을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우리나라는 국가수준 교육과정 체제이며 사회의급격한 변화와 다양한 학생들의 상황과에 적용가능하도록 그 권위를 점차 이양하여교사수준의 교육과정 재구성을 확대해가고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교사의 교육과정재구성을 교육과정 재구성은 국가수준 교육과정의 기틀 위에서 이루어지는 교사의 능동적이고 주체적으로 학급의 상황에 맞게 재조직하고 상호작용하는 맞춤형 교육과정 실현으로 보았다. 미술과에서도 교육과정 재구성은 필수적인데 재구성에 관한 심도있는연구가 필요한 실정이다. 재구성에 관한 과정과 요인을 탐색하는 것에는 근거이론이적합하여 근거이론 방법론에 따라 미술과 교육과정 재구성 경험이 있는 8명의 교사를대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 근거이론의 패러다임 모형에 따라 “초등학교교육의 환경에서 미술과 교육과정 재구성은 열려있는 미술 수업의 여러 가능성에 의해구현될 수 있는데, 이때 교사들은 학교의 상황과 상호작용하며 노력하여 교육과정 재구성을 이루어내고 그 결과 성장과 만족을 얻는다.”를 도출하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는교육과정 재구성 및 미술교과의 본질과 특성을 살린 연구에 기틀이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the reconstruction of the art curriculum in elementary schools and derive grounded theory. In South Korea s national-level curriculum system, It is gradually transferring its authority to apply to rapid changes in society and the situation of various students to expand the reorganization of the curriculum at the teacher level. Therefore, in this study, the reorganization of the curriculum of teachers was viewed as the realization of a customized curriculum that actively and independently reorganizes and interacts with the situation of the class based on the national-level curriculum. In the art curriculum, curriculum reconstruction is essential, but in-depth research on reconstruction is needed. Since the grounded theory is suitable for exploring the process and factors of reconstruction, research was conducted on eight teachers with experience in reconstructing art and curriculum according to the grounded theory methodology. According to the paradigm model of the grounded theory, the art curriculum reconstruction can be realized by various possibilities of art classes with a lot of potential in the environment of elementary school education, where teachers interact with the situation of the school to achieve art curriculum reconstruction and obtain growth and satisfaction. This study result will serve as the basis for research that utilizes the nature and characteristics of curriculum restructuring and art subjects.
