국문 초록

본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정에서 강조하고 있는 핵심 역량 가운데 하나인 심미적 감성 역량의 함양을 위해 박상봉 외(2021)가 개발한 통합적 교수·학습 프로그램을 실행하고 그 효과와 성찰한 내용을 제시하여 현장의 수업 개선에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전문적 학습 공동체(PLC)를 구성하고 13차시 프로그램을 실행하였다. Spradley(1979/2003)가 제안한 심층면담, 참여관찰 등을 활용하여 자료 수집을 하였고, 영역분석과 분류체계분석을 통해 자료 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 코로나19의 제한된 상황임에도 불구하고 심미적 감성 역량 함양을 위한 프로그램은 ‘심미적 감성 역량의 가시적 발현’, ‘심미적 감성 역량 기반의 다양한 핵심역량 함양 촉진’, ‘타 교과 및 일상생활 전이’ 등의 효과를 나타냈다. 또한, 연구 결과를 토대로 성찰한 내용은 ‘심미적 감성 역량의 범교과 반영을 위한 연결고리 강화의 필요성 인식’, ‘대학-초등학교 간 PLC 운영을 통한 교과통합 장애요인 극복 시도’, ‘교육환경 시스템 변화의 필요성 인식’으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to help improve classes in the field by presenting the effects and reflection after implementing the integrated teaching/learning program developed by Park et al. (2021) for enhancing aesthetic sensitivity competence. To this end, a Professional Learning Community (PLC) was formed and the 13-hour program was implemented. Data were collected using in-depth interviews and participant observation suggested by Spradley (1979), and data were analyzed through domain analysis and taxonomy analysis. As a result of the study, despite the limited situation of COVID-19, programs to enhance aesthetic sensitivity competency showed effects such as visible expression of aesthetic sensitivity competence , promotion of various core competences based on aesthetic sensitivity competence , and transfer to other subjects and daily life. In addition, the reflections based on the study results were recognition of the need to reflect aesthetic emotional competencies across subjects, attempts to overcome obstacles to curriculum integration through PLC operation between universities and elementary schools, and recognition of the need to change the educational environment system.
