국문 초록

본 연구는 기독교 유아교육에서 어떻게 생태적 실천으로 이루어갈 수 있는가에 대한 방향을 정립하기 위하여 기독교 유아교육의 가능성에 기초하여 생태적 접근의 실천 방안을 성경적 관점에 기초하여 탐색하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기독교 유아교육은 신개념의 발달에 근거하여 그 가능성이 논의되고 있으며, 특히 지속가능발전교육이라는 사회적 요구에 근거하여 그 실천적 요구가 확대되는 시점임을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 유아 발달의 성경적 이해를 생태적 핵심 역량에 기초하여 살펴보면 창조 대 소유 집착, 관계 대 갈등, 애정 대 분노라는 상반되는 본성적 측면으로 살펴볼 수 있었고, 이는 생태적 역량을 중심으로 한 교육적 접근이 논의될 필요성을 드러내고 있었다. 셋째, 기독교 유아교육의 생태적 실천에 대한 방법론적 측면을 살펴보면 지식생활로서 깨달음의 교육, 정서생활로서 보살핌의 교육, 사회생활로서 어울림의 교육, 건강생활로서 움직임의 교육, 언어생활로서 언어소통의 교육을 탐색하였다.

영문 초록

This study purports to examine the ecological approach of Christian early childhood education for sustainable development. The following conclusions can be inferred: First, the potential of Christian early childhood education, in relation to the development of the concept of “God,” is under discussion. Particularly, experiential demand has increased, based on the social demand for education for sustainable development. Second, the natural aspect was identified in relation to the core ecological capability of Christian early childhood education, from a biblical perspective. The natural aspect included creation vs. attachment to possessions, relations vs. conflict, and affection vs. anger. This means that educational access that is centered on ecological capability is necessary. Third, on the methodological aspect of the ecological practice of Christian early childhood education, this study explored education of realization as cognitive education, education of affection as emotional education, education of service as social education, education of motion as health education, and education of communication as language living.
