영아 주도의 놀이중심 숲산책프로그램 개발 및 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 영아 주도의 놀이중심 숲산책프로그램을 구성하여 영아의 신체발달, 사회정서발달, 인지발달, 언어발달에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 경기도 Y시에 소재한 4개 어린이집에 재원 중인 만 2세 6개반 42명을 대상으로 3-6월까지 12주 동안 실시 하였다. 본 프로그램 구성은 자연 동식물관찰, 신체놀이, 자연건강명상, 자연놀이-자연 놀잇감놀이, 오감놀이, 자연탐구놀이, 구성놀이, 극놀이, 미술놀이- 쉼으로 하였다. 영아 주도의 놀이중심 숲산책프로그램의 연구 결과 신체발달은 실험집단 영아들의 대․소근육 활동, 신장(키)이 향상되었고, 모발조직 미네랄 중금속 검사는 필수 영양 미네랄 구성요소인 마그네슘, 아연, 크롬, 철, 바나듐에 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나타났으며, 유해 미네랄 중금속 원소는 수은, 비스므스에 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나타났다. 사회정서발달은 실험집단 영아들의 기본정서 및 사회적 행동, 자아개념, 인지적 자기조절 및 정서적 자기조절, 사회적 관계가 향상되었고, 인지발달을 위한 IQ지능과 구성 요소인 전경배경, 계기적 순서추론이 향상되었다. 언어발달은 실험집단 영아들의 표현어휘력이 향상되었다.

영문 초록

The aims of this study are to develop an infant-led play-centered forest walk program for effects on infant s physical, socioemotional, cognitive and linguistic development. The study subjects involved for 12 weeks from March to June 42 2-year old children attending 4 child-care centers located in Y city, Gyeonggi. The content of the program includes observation of natural flora and fauna, physical play, natural health meditation, natural play-games with natural toys, five sense play, natural exploration play, constructive play, dramatic play and art play-rest. This study of infant-led play-centered forest walk program was found to be effective. With respect to physical development, local and global muscle activities and height were increased in subjects. According to the hair tissue mineral and heavy metal tests, statistically significant differences were found in the required nutrition mineral components including magnesium, zinc, chromium, iron and vanadium, and in toxic heavy metals including mercury and bismuth. With respect to socioemotional development, basic emotions, social behaviors, self-concept, cognitive self-regulation and emotional self-regulation and social relationship were improved in subjects. Moreover, IQ, foreground-background and successive inference were improved among factors for cognitive development. In regard to linguistic development, expressive vocabulary ability was enhanced in subjects.
