예비보육교사의 자아탄력성과 행복감의 관계에서 감사성향의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사교육원 예비보육교사의 자아탄력성과 행복감의 관계에서 감사성향의 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 보육교사 양성교육과정 운영과 실질적 지원방안을 모색함에 있어 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 보육교사교육원에 재학 중인 예비보육교사 195명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 응답결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 보육교사교육원 예비보육교사의 자아탄력성, 행복감, 감사성향에 대한 인식 정도는 보통보다 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났으며 둘째, 보육교사교육원 예비보육교사의 자아탄력성, 행복감, 감사성향 전체 및 하위요인 간 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사교육원 예비 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 행복감의 관계에서 감사성향의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과에 의하면 감사성향은 행복감과 행복감 하위요인(즐거운 삶, 의미있는 삶, 몰입하는 삶)과의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 보육교사교육원 예비보육교사의 행복감을 증진하기 위해서는 감사성향을 증진하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of gratitude disposition on the relationship between ego-resilience and happiness of pre-service childcare teachers. The subjects in this study were 195 pre-service childcare teachers in Education Institutions located in Busan. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the ego-resilience, happiness, gratitude disposition of the pre-service childcare teachers were all above average. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between their total scores of ego-resilience, happiness, gratitude disposition and their separate scores in each subfactor. Third, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of the gratitude disposition of the pre-service childcare teachers on the relationship between ego-resilience and happiness had a partial mediating effect on that. The findings of the study suggest that in order to boost the ego-resilience and happiness of pre-service childcare teachers, it s required to strengthen pre-service childcare teachers gratitude disposition.
