국문 초록

연구목적: 학부교육의 내실화를 위한 교수·학습 지원 및 교육의 질 관리 체계 구축의 중요성이 증대되고 있는 현시점에서 교수의 수업 역량을 제고하고 학생의 학습능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 체계적인 시스템인 CQI(Continuous Quality Improvement)의 필요성이 대두되었다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서 목적은 A대학교의 CQI 구조 및 원리를 소개하고, CQI에 대한 교원들의 인식과 요구조사 결과를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 운영되고 있는 A대학교 CQI 사례와 관련 지침 및 규정을 탐색함으로써 CQI를 도입·운영하고자 하는 대학들에게 그 적용 방안에 대한 접근법을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구의 내용은 다음과 같다. 연구결과: 첫째, A대학교의 CQI 구조 및 시스템을 파악, 둘째, 2017학년도 2학기에 교수자가 작성한 강의계획서의 CQI(전년도 강의에 대한 평가 및 분석과 금년도 강의에 반영)의 작성 현황을 분석, 마지막으로 CQI 시스템에 관련하여 A대학교에서 최근 5년에 베스트티칭프로페서상을 수상한 교원 72명을 대상으로 CQI 인식 및 요구조사를 실시하여 최종 40명의 결과를 분석에 활용하였다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, A대학교의 수업계획서 작성시 포함되어 있는 이전강의에 대한 자기평가와 이번학기 강의개선사항을 포함한 수업개선보고서(CQI)를 학생의 핵심역량 기반의 평가항목을 포함하여 체계적으로 개선하는 시스템 구축이 필요함을 도출하였으며, 둘째, 2017학년도 2학기 CQI 작성현황을 분석한 결과, CQI 작성비율이 20.1%로 나타났으며, 셋째, 인식 및 요구조사의 결과를 토대로 시스템 변경과 제도적 개선의 시사점을 도출하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 CQI 시스템 개선 방안에 대한 시사점을 제안하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: Recently, the need for CQI(Continuous Quality Improvement) has emerged as the importance of supporting teaching and learning to improve undergraduate education and establishing a quality management system for education has increased. Method: The purpose of this study is to grasp the problem of teaching and learning by identifying the CQI system of ’A university’ and ultimately to effectively achieve learning outcomes of learners. Results: The contents of this study to accomplish the purposed described above were as follows. First, grasping the CQI structure and system of ’A university’, and second, analyzing the current status of the CQI of the syllabus prepared by the instructor in the second semester of 2017, and finally, CQI recognition and demand survey was conducted on the 72 Best Teaching Professor Award in the last 5 years. Conclusion: The results of this study analyzing as follows. First, it is necessary to construct a systematic system such as including the core competency evaluation items of students in the lecture improvement plan(CQI). Second, as a result of analyzing the status of CQI preparation for the second semester of 2017, the ratio of CQI preparation was 20.1%, and finally, suggested improvements for the system change and institutional improvement based on the results of the recognition and demand survey. The results of this study can suggest implications to improve the CQI system, and provide basic data for strengthening support in related departments within the university.
