국문 초록

이 연구는 교원 양성 과정의 개선 및 개발에 활용할 수 있도록 데이컴(DACUM)기법을 활용하여 전기·전자·통신 교사의 직무를 분석하고, 직무 특성을 밝히기 위해서 수행되었다. 데이컴 직무 분석을 위해 데이컴 분석가(facilitator) 1명, 데이컴 위원(committee member) 10명, 데이컴 실무자(coordinator) 1명, 데이컴 서기 1명으로 이루어진 데이컴 위원회를 구성하였으며, 2015년 1월 13일 직무 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구는 전기·전자·통신 교사에 대한 직무를 현직 교사를 통해 분석하였다는 데 그 의의가 있으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전기·전자·통신 교사는 중등교원 자격을 가지고 공업계 고등학교에서 학생들에게 전기·전자·통신 관련 교과목을 가르치고 생활지도, 취업지도 등의 업무를 수행하는 자로 정의하였다. 둘째, 전기·전자·통신 교사의 직무 수행을 위해 요구되는 10개의 임무와 109개의 과업을 도출하였다. 셋째, 검증위원회의 검증을 통한 의견을 바탕으로 재검토 및 수정을 통해 전기·전자·통신 교사의 정의와 임무, 과업을 포함한 직무 특성을 나타낼 수 있는 전기·전자·통신 교사 DACUM 차트를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study was executed to analyze the duties and task characteristics of an Electric, Electronic & Communication Education teacher by using DACUM methodology for improvement and development of teacher training process. For DACUM analysis, the DACUM committee of one DACUM facilitator, ten DACUM committee members, one DACUM coordinator, and one DACUM clerk was constituted, and the task analysis was executed on January 13th, 2015. This study is significant in that the task of an Electric, Electronic & Communication Education teacher was analyzed through current teachers, and the results are as follows. First, Electronic & Communication Education teacher was defined as a person with secondary-school teaching certification who teaches Electric, Electronic & Communication Education-related classes to students in a technical high school and executes tasks such as student guidance, career guidance and such. Second, 10 duties and 109 task execution of an Electric, Electronic & Communication Education teacher were drawn. Third, based on the opinions through verification of the verification committee, reexamination and modification were conducted, through which Electric, Electronic & Communication Education teacher DACUM chart was suggested to show the task characteristics including duties, assignments along with the definition of an Electric, Electronic & Communication Education teacher.
