영·유아 현장전문가 인식차이 분석을 통한 유보통합 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육 및 보육에 대한 통합을 위한 기초 연구로서, 질적 연구방법(FGI)을 통해 경남지역의 현장 전문가인 유치원과 어린이집 교원의 인식의 차이와 내용을 통해 통합 방안을 도출함으로써 향후 유아교육 및 보육 통합에 대한 제도적, 정책적 방안과 시사점을 모색하고자 하는 목적에서 실시했다. 연구목적을 바탕으로 연구문제는 다음과 같이 설정했다. 첫째, 관리(행정, 평가, 재정)통합을 위한 방안은 무엇인가? 둘째, 인적 통합을 위한 방안은 무엇인가? 셋째, 교육과정 통합을 위한 방안은 무엇인가? 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관리 통합을 위해 교육부로 관리부처를 일원화하거나 제3의 기관 신설검토가 필요하다. 또한, 국공립 기관, 교사자격, 평가를 먼저 통합하고 재무회계, 법률 개정은 단계별로 통합을 해소할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 인적 통합을 위해 보육자격과정을 재검토 및 실습을 강화하고, 사이버과정은 현장실습을 강화하여 환경의 미흡을 보완하고, 방송통신대는 유지하며, 학과제로 일원화하고, 보육교사교육원은 기능을 전환할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 교육과정 통합을 위해 누리과정 내 방과 후 과정은 기관의 학습 지양 지침과 상한액을 지정할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 영․유아 현장전문가의 인식차이분석을 통해 유아교육기관과 보육기관 종사자간 학력의 우월의식과 자격지심의 격차, 보육과목 추가 필수화 필요성, 교사양성과정 및 교원처우 개선, 누리과정 방과 후 학습방향, 단설 유치원 확대 및 한글교육 연계 등의 인식차이 및 구체적 의견에 대한 내용 분석을 통해 시사점을 도출했다는 점에서 함축적 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in the perception of kindergarten and nursery school teachers who are field experts in Gyeongnam area through the qualitative research method(FGI) as a basic research for integration into early childhood education and child care, And for the purpose of seeking institutional and policy measures and implications for the integration of child care. Based on the research purpose, the research problem was set as follows. First, what are the measures for management (administrative, evaluation, and financial) integration? Second, what is the plan for human integration? Third, what is the way to integrate curriculum? The results of the study are as follows. First, the Ministry of Education needs to unify management departments or review the establishment of a third institution for management integration. In addition, it is necessary to integrate national and local institutions, teacher qualifications, and evaluations first, and financial accounting and legal amendments should be integrated step by step. Second, to review and qualify childcare qualifications for human integration, the cyber course should be strengthened by strengthening on-the-job training, complementing the lack of environment, maintaining the broadcasting network, and unifying with the department. Needs to be. Third, in order to integrate the curriculum, after-school courses in the Nursing course need to specify guidelines and ceilings of the institution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptions of young and infant field specialists and to find out the difference of superiority and qualification of education among the early childhood education institutions and the workers of daycare center, the necessity of additional necessity of day care courses, improvement of teacher training course and teacher s treatment. The expansion of kindergartens and the linkage of Korean language education, and the analysis of contents of concrete opinions.
