국문 초록

미래사회는 사회를 가치롭게 하는데 인성의 역할이 강조되고 있어 대학생의 인성교육은 중요한 주제 중의 하나이다. 이 연구는 대학생들의 인성지표를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이 연구는 평택대학교 학생 774명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 자료를 수집하였고, 신뢰도, 안면타당도, 요인 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 인지적 영역, 정의적 영역, 행동적 영역에서 총 70개의 인성지표가 개발되었다. 인지적 영역은 도덕적 인식, 입장채택/도덕적 추론, 자기지식, 의사결정, 도덕적 가치인식 요인으로 구성되었다. 정의적 영역은 감정이입, 양심, 자존감, 자아통제, 선을 사랑, 겸양요인으로 구성되었다. 행동적 영역은 습관, 역량, 의지요인으로 구성되었다. 개발된 지표는 대학생들의 인성개발을 위해 측정가능성, 활용가능성, 실제성에 초점을 두고 개발되었다.

영문 초록

Comprehensive character education addresses many tough issues in education while developing a positive school climate. The study aims to develop an indicators for using character education for college students. It was conducted via reliability, face validity test, and factor analysis. Results show that there are a set of 70 indicators with three dimensions: cognitive, affective, and behavioral. In the cognitive dimension has five factors which are moral perception, moral inference, self-knowledge, decision-making, and value perception for moral. The affective dimension has six factors which are empathy, conscience, self-esteem, self control, loving goodness, and modesty. The behavioral dimension has three factors which are habit, capacity, and intention. The selected indicators are measurable, demand driven and practical to show the real character for college level students.
