국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 디지털 영상매체를 연계한 직업 관련 그림책 읽기활동이 만 5세 유아의 진로인식과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구대상은 G광역시에 위치한 A유치원과 B유치원 만 5세 유아 50명(실험집단 25명, 비교집단 25명)이다. 본 연구에서는 실험집단 유아를 대상으로 디지털 영상매체와 연계한 직업 관련 그림책 읽기활동을 약 6주 간 주 2회씩 총 12회 실시하였다. 디지털 영상매체와 연계한 직업 관련 그림책 읽기활동의 효과를 알아보기 위해 유아진로인식과 자기효능감 검사를 실험 처치 전과 후에 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 디지털 영상매체를 연계한 직업 관련 그림책 읽기활동은 만 5세 유아의 유아진로인식 증진에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 영상매체를 연계한 직업 관련 그림책 읽기활동은 유아의 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the effect of digital image media utilizing job-related picture books on children s career awareness and self-efficacy. The subject of the present study were total 50 children of five years old(25 in an experimental group, 25 in a comparative group) from two classes of A and B kindergarten in G metropolitan city. The collected data were analyzed by t-test using SPSS 21.0 program. As a results of study, children who examine the effect of media, by identifying the effects of digital image media utilizing job-related picture books showed significant results in career awareness and self-efficacy. These study results showed the effects of applying digital image media as an education method. Therefore, this study suggested that it was necessary to apply digital image media as one of the education methods to improve children s career awareness and self-efficacy. This study provides implications that can be used meaningfully in early childhood education.
