유아교육기관장의 감성지도성과 유아교사의 교직헌신도 및 직무만족도 간의 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육기관장의 감성지도성과 유아교사의 교직헌신도 및 직무만족도 간의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 G시의 유아교육기관에 재직 하고 있는 유아교사 277명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였고, 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, Pearson의 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 유아교육기관장의 감성지도성과 유아교사의 교직헌신도 및 직무만족도 간은 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교직헌신도 및 직무만족도는 유아교육기관장의 감성지도성을 의미 있게 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다. 유아교육기관장은 유아교사의 조직적 특성을 감안하여 원장 자신의 내면을 이해하고 교사를 감성적인 관점으로 상호 배려하는 관계를 형성하여 유아교사가 교직에 대한 헌신과 직무만족도가 증진될 수 있도록 효과적인 감성지도성을 발휘해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between the emotional leadership of the early childhood education institution director s and the degree of teaching commitment and job satisfaction of the early childhood teacher. The survey was conducted on 277 early childhood teachers who are working at early childhood education institution in G city, and the collected data were conducted using SPSS 20.0 for technical statistics, reliability analysis, and Pearson The results of the study showed a significant correlation between the emotional leadership of the early childhood education institution director s and the level of teacher dedication and job satisfaction of the early childhood teacher. First, it was found that there was a significant correlation between the emotional leadership of the early childhood education institution director s and the teaching commitment and job satisfaction. Second, the degree of teaching commitment and job satisfaction of the early childhood teacher was shown to be a significant predictor of the emotional leadership of the early childhood education institution director s. Considering the nature of the early childhood education system, which is mostly female, the director of the institution must understand the inner workings of the early childhood education institution director, understand the early childhood teacher in an emotional way, and develop a relationship for mutual consideration.
