전통회화의 공간해석을 통한 창의적 시각표현 개발을 위한 연구: 장자의 본체론과 들뢰즈의 노마디즘의 비교를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 전통회화에 나타난 공간에 대한 개념을 장자의 본체론과 들뢰즈의 노마디즘을 통해 살펴보고 창의적 공간 표현에 관한 미술 교육적 활용을 수업방안으로 제시하여 결과물 을 분석하고자 한다. 장자는 도(道)를 설명하면서 무한성을 강조한다. 이는 인간의 경계를 허 무는 자유와 초월로 나타나며, 공간해석에서도 경계를 허무는 물아일체(物我一體)로 나타난 다. 이는 전통회화에서 와유사상과 이동시점, 사차원 시점 등을 통해 구체적으로 표현된다. 또한 본 연구에서는 장자의 공간해석에 대하여 현대적으로 적용하여 비교하기 위해 들뢰즈의 ‘노마디즘(nomadism)’을 고찰하였다. 들뢰즈는 ‘탈영토화’를 통해 개체가 억압에서 벗어나 해 방된 자유로운 경지에서 새로운 영역으로 융합되는 과정을 설명한다. 또한 이러한 탈영토화 는 ‘리좀(rhizome)’적인 성향, 즉 뿌리 식물처럼 연계되어 소통되는 경향을 가진다. 이는 동양 에서의 물아일체적으로 경계를 허물어 공간을 자유롭게 초월하는 개념과 연계될 수 있다. 이 러한 개념적 이해를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 학습자들에게 창의적인 시각표현을 위한 학습모 형을 제시하고자 하였다. 학습자들은 전통적인 공간해석을 이해하고 들뢰즈의 공간해석과 비 교하여 여행이라는 시공간적 경험을 공유하면서 생성되는 창의적인 시각표현을 성취하고자 하였다. 이는 실제 수업의 사례를 통해 나타난 실기결과물을 분석하여 창의적인 시각표현의 개발이 다양하게 나타날 수 있음을 검증하고자 한 의도이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the various formative values about the concept of the space interpretation of Chuang-tzu of traditional art which can be compared with the concept of the space concept from Gilles Deleuze, and to also implicate this idea for the development of creative optical expression. In the general understanding of substance theory of Chuang-tzu, there are some difficulties understanding the concept of ‘infinity’ and ‘boundary deactivation’ for students living in the contemporary period. Therefore if the study is suggested by the concept of ‘deterritorialization’ and ‘rhizome’, students could understand more easily. Considering the contemporary cultural context, the multi-dimensional study on the various meanings of traditional paintings is very essential. This study attempts to bring an increase of attention on the fact that in the traditional space concept, there is more emphasis on the various meanings of the concept of ‘Wayou(臥遊)’ in traditional paintings. This study examines the formation of the ideological background of the concept of ‘substance theory’ of Chang-tzu in order to unveil the width and depth of meanings entailed by the concept of ‘nomadism’ from the philosophy of Gilles Deleuze. The idea of ‘substance theory’ supports the expression of creativity and the character of the artist because the idea could appear diverse. Through a thorough understanding of the various formative meanings of the concept of the space interpretation, I suggest a practical education method that creates various Ink wash paintings by the use of expressions related to the sketch travel.
