국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 미술교육에 적용 가능한 효과적인 지속가능발전교육(ESD) 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구목적 달성을 위한 연구문제를, 1) 지속가능발전교육(ESD)의 핵심내용은 무엇인가? 2) 미술교육과 지속가능발전교육(ESD)의 연계가 가능한가? 3) 미술교육에서 효과적인 지속가 능발전교육(ESD)은 무엇인가? 로 설정하였다. 이에 따른 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지속가능발전에 관한 이론적 탐색으로서 지속가능발전(SD)과 지속가능발전교육(ESD)에 대해 알아보고, 지속가능발전교육(ESD)의 영역별 핵심내용을 고찰한 후, 지속가능발전교육 (ESD)과 미술교육의 연계를 탐색하였다. 둘째, 지속가능발전교육(ESD)의 미술교육적 실제를 모색하였다. 즉, 초등 직무연수에서 초등교사를 대상으로 실시한 <명화 패러디로 사회적 메시 지 표현하기>라는 제재로 진행한 수업의 결과를 분석하였다. 셋째, 지속가능발전미술교육의 효 과와 미술교육적 의의를 제시하여 지속가능발전교육의 가치를 찾고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find effective education for sustainable development (ESD) that is applicable to art education. To this end, research questions were defined as follows: 1) What is the core contents of ESD? 2) Is possible to form a link between art education and ESD? 3) What is effective ESD in art education? The study’s research contents were as follows. First, this study reviewed sustainable development and ESD as a theoretical exploration regarding sustainable development and examined key factors for ESD, and then explored the link between ESD and art education. Second, this study suggested a practical case of ESD in art education. It analyzed the contents and results of a class run under the theme “Expressing Social Messages Using the Parodies of Famous Movies”, which was implemented toward elementary school teachers during their occupational training.
