집단미술치료가 소년원재소 품행장애 청소년의 분노 조절과 사회성에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 집단미술치료가 소년원재소 품행장애 청소년의 분노 조절과 사회성에 미치는 효과에 대해 검증하 고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 U시에 소재한 S소년원에 재소중인 품행장애 청소년으로 실험집단, 통제집단 각 10명을 대상자로 구성하였으며 실험집단에 대해서 주 1회 90분씩 총10회기 집단미술치료 프로그램을 진행하 였다. 측정도구로는 특성분노표현척도, 사회성 기술 평정 척도를 실시하였으며, 그림에서 나타나는 변화를 알아 보기 위해 집-나무-사람 그림검사를 시행하였다. 연구에 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하였고 사 전？사후 검사를 통해 평균 점수를 산출 한 뒤 집단별로 Wilcoxon signed-rank test를 실시하여 자료를 분석하 였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 집단미술치료가 소년원재소 품행장애 청소년의 상태분노, 특성분노, 특성분노표현 을 낮추는데 효과적이며 통계적으로 유의미한 효과가 입증되었다. 둘째, 집단미술치료에 참여한 실험집단의 사 회성 에 미치는 효과를 알아본 결과, 하위 영역인 협동성, 주장성, 공감능력, 자기조절 능력 모두 유의미한 효 과를 보였다. 셋째, 집단미술치료에 참여한 실험집단의 집-나무-사람 그림검사에서 치료 후 긍정적인 질적 변화 가 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과에서 집단미술치료가 소년원재소 품행장애 청소년의 분노 조절 능력을 향상시키 고 협동성, 주장성, 공감능력, 자기조절 능력 등 사회성을 증진시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This research aimed to verify the effects of group art therapy on anger control and sociality of adolescents with conduct disorders in a reformatory. This study was performed targeting adolescents of S reformatory in U city, Gyeonggi-do, who are diagnosed with conduct disorder. The experimental and control group each consisted of 10 adolescents. For the experimental group, 10 sessions of group art therapy occurred once a week for 90 minutes per session. STAXI and SSRS were used as the research tools, and H-T-P drawing test was used for a qualitative analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, group art therapy has a statistically significant effect in reducing the state anger, trait anger, and trait anger expression of adolescents with conduct disorders in a reformatory. Second, the effects on the sociality competence of the experimental group showed a significant effect on its sub domains such as cooperation, self-assertion, empathic ability, and self-control capability. Third, the results of the H-T-P drawing test before and after group art therapy, it showed a positive qualitative change. Thus, group art therapy improves the anger control ability of adolescents with conduct disorder in a reformatory, and it has positive effects on their social competence, including their cooperation, self-assertion, empathic ability, and self-control capability.
