불안정애착 청소년의 미술작품 속 이미지에 대한 대상 관계적 해석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 불안정 애착 청소년의 이미지에 투사된 애착 특성을 대상 관계적으로 어떻게 해석할 수 있는가를 알아보고 미술치료과정에서 대상 관계적 접근이 치료자의 역할에 어떤 도움이 되는가를 살펴보는데 있다. 연구대상은 중학교 1학년을 자퇴한 16세 여학생으로 총 15회기를 미술치료로 진행하였고 자료 처리는 상 담, 관찰, 인공물을 종합하여 대상 관계이론으로 해석하였다. 그 결과 8개의 중심주제는 ‘대상관계로부터의 철 수’, ‘내면의 분리된 나쁜 대상과의 관계’, ‘대상 상실의 불안과 자아의 허망감’, ‘대상으로 부터의 거절과 대상접 촉의 갈등’, ‘안아주는 환경’, ‘새로운 현실관계를 추구하는 자아’, ‘안정된 대상관계의 능력을 경험하는 자아’, ‘회복된 자아능력과 현실대상관계’로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통한 본 연구의 결론은 첫째, 이미지에 투사된 애착 특성에 대해 대상 관계적 해석은 애착 특성의 내용과 변화 양상을 기술하는데 도움이 된다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 미술치료과정에서 대상 관계적 접근이 치료자의 좋은 대상으로서의 역할에 도움이 된다고 볼 수 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the attachment characteristics projected on the image of the adolescent with insecure attachment could be interpreted by object-relation theory and to determine what help the object-relation approach offers to the role of a curer in the process of art therapy. The research subject is a 16-year-old girl who had left school after finishing the first year of middle school. The researchers carried out the procedures through a total of 15 sessions and interpreted the data through object-relation theory and by putting interviews, observations and artifacts together. As a result, 8 main themes appeared: ‘withdrawal from the object relation,’ ‘relation with the inner separated bad object,’ ‘anxiety over object loss and falsehood of self,’ ‘rejection from the object and conflict of object contact,’ ‘holding environment,’ ‘self pursuing a new reality relation,' ‘self experiencing the ability of the stabilized object relation,’ and ‘recovered self-ability and reality-object relation.’ The conclusions of this study through these results are that first, the object-relation interpretation of the attachment characteristics projected on the image may be of help when describing the contents and change aspects of attachment characteristics, and second, the object-relation approach may be of help in the process of art therapy to the role of a curer as a good object.
