학교폭력 가해청소년의 자기통제력 향상을 위한 집단미술치료 프로그램 효과

국문 초록

집단미술치료 프로그램은 12명의 가해청소년에게 10월부터 12월까지 90분씩 주 2회기로 총 10회기를 실시하 였다. 프로그램 실시 후 평가결과에 대해 살펴보면, 첫째는 집단미술치료 프로그램이 학교폭력 가해청소년의 자기통제력 향상에 효과적임을 확인하였다. 둘째는 집단미술치료 프로그램이 학교폭력 가해청소년의 회기별 질 적 변화에 효과적임을 확인하였다. 셋째는 회기 내 진행절차에서 무조건적 긍정적 존중, 공감적 태도로 안정적 분위기 속에서 무의식적 욕구 및 감정을 미술작업으로 표출함으로 내담자의 역기능적 사고를 긍정적인 행동으 로 변화시키는 집단미술치료를 실시한 결과, 가해청소년의 충동성, 공격성, 자기애 성향 감소 등의 긍정적인 변 화가 나타났다. 따라서 본 집단미술치료 프로그램은 가해청소년의 가해행동을 통제하고 감소시키는 치료 프로 그램으로서 유용한 임상적 기초 자료와 임상현장에 필요한 실제적인 프로그램을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

A youth-oriented group art therapy program was performed for a total of ten 90-minute weekly sessions from October to December 2 for a group of 12 people. The findings from the program evaluation showed that first, the group art therapy program was useful in the self-control improvement of bullying students who perpetrated school violence. Second, it was verified that the group art therapy program was useful in bringing qualitative change upon bullying students through each session. Third, in the process of the sessions, the adolescents let out their unconscious desires and emotions in a safe environment with the attitude of unconditional positive regard and empathy. As a result of this integrative art therapy that changed participants’ dysfunctional thoughts into positive behavior, there were positive changes in the impulsivity, aggression, and narcissistic tendencies of the bullying adolescents. Therefore, this group art therapy program, applied as a treatment program and to control the behavior of young people, is a significant and practical program for clinical practice based on clinical data.
