국문 초록

연구 목적: 이 연구는 회복탄력성이라는 개념에 주목하고자 한다. 사회적·신앙적으로 고난과 역경의 위기를 경험하고 있는 MZ세대가, 공기가 주입된 공이 튀어 오르듯이 회복탄력성을 경험하고 사회인으로 신앙인으로 삶을 기대한다. 연구내용 및 방법: 이 연구는 MZ세대가 사회적·신앙적으로 어려움을 겪고 있음에서 시작한다. 그래서 MZ세대가 겪고 있는 어려움과 역경을 스스로 극복하고 일어설 수 있도록 돕는 회복탄력성을 증진할 수 있게 하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 MZ세대들의 특성과 기독교 교육적 돌봄 그리고 전략들을 중심으로 회복탄력성의 영향을 확인하려고 한다. 이에 따라서 첫째 위기의 MZ세대의 사회적 위기와 교회를 떠나는 MZ세대에 대해서 살펴볼 것이다. 그런 다음 MZ세대의 특성에 대하여 고찰할 것이다. 세 번째는 회복 탄력성과 MZ세대의 회복탄력성 향상을 위한 실천적 방안 들을 살펴볼 것이다. 끝으로 MZ세대에게 기독교 교육적 돌봄을 통해서 회복탄력성을 증진 함으로써, 사회적 신앙적인 위기를 극복하고 회복할 수 있는 기독교 교육적 돌봄의 내용과 방법을 제시할 것이다. 결론 및 제언: 현재는 MZ세대에게 확실하고 의미 있는 기독교교육이 제공되고 실행하기 위한 지속적인 노력과 헌신이 필요한 때이다. 그리고 기독교 교육적 돌봄은 MZ세대가 하나님의 영광을 나타내고, 젊은 날에 자신을 돌아보며, 하나님을 향한 올바른 삶을 살게 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Research purpose : This study focuses on the concept of resilience. The MZ generation, who are experiencing a crisis of social and religious hardship and adversity, expect to experience resilience like a ball that has been injected with air and bounce back, and live as a member of society and a person of faith. Research content and method : This study begins with the fact that the MZ generation is experiencing social and religious difficulties. Therefore, it aims to promote resilience so that the MZ generation can overcome the difficulties and adversities they are experiencing and stand up on their own. To this end, we will examine the influence of resilience by focusing on the characteristics of the MZ generation, Christian educational care, and strategies. Accordingly, first, we will examine the social crisis of the MZ generation in crisis and the MZ generation leaving the church. Then, we will examine the characteristics of the MZ generation. Third, we will examine resilience and practical measures to improve the resilience of the MZ generation. Finally, we will present the content and method of Christian educational care that can overcome and recover from social and religious crises by promoting resilience through Christian educational care for the MZ generation. Conclusions and Suggestions : Now is the time when continuous efforts and dedication are needed to provide and implement a solid and meaningful Christian education for the MZ generation. And Christian educational care will enable the MZ generation to display God’s glory, reflect on themselves, and live a proper life toward God.
