국문 초록

This study is to compare and analyze the management activities of Korean companies (Hansang) that have entered ASEAN with excellent growth potential. To this end, data were collected and analyzed from 311 Korean companies that entered 7 ASEAN countries, including Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. The motivation of ASEAN Korean companies to enter, business performance satisfaction, local business environment outlook, necessary information, wage increase response measures, management difficulties, necessary information collection routes, localization strategies, and corporate capabilities for local business were compared. Through this, an integrated implication was presented for grasping the management status of ASEAN Korean companies at a comprehensive level rather than at the individual national level.
