중국 학술지에 게재된 웰니스관광에 대한 연구 동향

국문 초록

목적: 이 연구는 2016~2023년 12월까지 중국 학술 데이터베이스에 발표된 웰니스관광 관련 연구의 동향을 분석하여 중국 웰니스관광 발전을 이해하고 한국과 중국 웰니스관광의 연구에 방향과 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 방법: 이 연구의 수행을 위해 웰니스관광과 관련된 논문 295편을 게재연도, 연구지역, 연구방법, 연구주제, 키워드로 분류하여 분석하였다. 결과: 연구지역은 서부지역102편(34.58%), 중부지역 52편(17.63%), 동부지역 47편(15.93%), 동북부 지역 19편(6.44%)이었다. 연구방법은 질적연구 190편(64.41%), 양적연구 56편(24.07%), 혼합연구 49편(11.53%)이었다. 연구주제는 웰니스관광의 발전/개선 110편(37.29%), 자원/마케팅 59편 (20%), 일반 54편(18.31%), 행태/요구 33편(11.19%), 경제 30편(10.17%), 종사자 9편(3.05%)으로 나타났다. 키워드의 빈도는 숲 69번 (39.3%), 산업융합 22번 (12.6%), 농어촌 진흥 11번 (6.3%), 여행 발전 11번(6.3%)으로 나타났다. 결론: 중국 웰니스 관광 연구는 서부 지역에서 활발히 진행되었고, 질적연구가 많으며, 웰니스 관광의 발전 및 개선과 관련된 주제가 많은 편이었다. 게재연도별 연구의 지역에서 동부지역관련 연구가 반등의 추세를 보였고, 웰니스관광발전/개선과 웰니스관광객 행태/요구관련 주제가 증가의 추세를 나타내었다. 키워드별로 숲과 관련된 키워드가 많은 편이었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study analyzes trends in wellness tourism research published in Chinese academic databases from 2016 to December 2023, aiming to understand the development of wellness tourism in China and to provide insights for research in both South Korea and China. Methods: To conduct this study, 295 papers related to wellness tourism were classified and analyzed by publication year, research area, research method, research topic, and keywords. Results: The research region included 102 papers from the western region (34.58%), 52 from the central region (17.63%), 47 from the eastern region (15.93%), and 19 from the northeastern region (6.44%). The research methods comprised 190 qualitative studies (64.41%), 56 quantitative studies (24.07%), and 49 mixed-method studies (11.53%). The research topics were the development/improvement of wellness tourism 110 papers(37.29%), resources/marketing 59 papers(20%), general topics 54 papers(18.31%), behavior/demand 33 papers(11.19%), economy 30 papers(10.17%), and professionals 9 papers(3.05%). The most frequent keywords were “forest” 69 times(39.3%), “industry convergence” 22 times(12.6%), and “rural revitalization” 11 times(6.3%). Conclusion: Research on wellness tourism in China has been actively conducted in the western region, with many qualitative studies, and a significant number of topics related to the develop ment and improvement of wellness tourism. In terms of publication years, research related to the eastern region has shown a rebound trend, and there has been an increasing trend in topics concerning the development/improvement of wellness tourism and the behavior/needs of wellness tourists. A significant number of keywords related to forests have been observed.
