국문 초록

본고는 현대 중국어의 생성 및 도출 과정에서 실현되는 언어 단위를 구분 짓고 체계화하여 그 언어 표현 및 운용의 정체성을 구명하였다. 언어는 인간 뇌리의 우주 세계를 말소리라는 형식을 빌려 근사(近似)하게 표현하여 소통하는 정보 처리 기제이다. 그 과정은 내용과 형식의 층차별 연계를 통하여 구조와 역할의 병행 처리 방식으로 실현된다. 즉, 은현적(covert) 내부 구조 체계와 외현적(overt) 실제 조작 모듈(Module)로 구분되어 운용된다. 이를 현대 중국어로 연결하여 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내용과 형식에 따른 언어 단위의 층차별 연계 관계는 의미자질-음운자질, 의미소-형태소, 개념-어휘, 구성-어절(단어, 구, 절), 판단-문장, 추리-단락 등으로 연결된다. 둘째, 구조와 역할의 관계로 본다면 구조소와 역할체로 나눌 수 있다. 구조소로는 음운자질, 형태소, 단어, 구, 절과 그것이 갖는 속성인 명사성, 동사성, 형용사성, 부사성 등이 있으며, 역할체로는 어절(語節)과 그것이 갖는 역할인 성분이 있다. 셋째, 형식과 구조의 측면에서는 음운자질이, 내용과 역할의 측면에서는 어절(語節)이 현대 중국어를 생성 및 도출하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 수행하고 있다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This paper classified and systematized language units realized in the process of generating and deriving Modern Mandarin Chinese to investigate the identity of language expression and operation. Language is an information processing mechanism that communicates by approximately expressing the universe of the human brain in the form of speech sound. The process is realized in a parallel processing method of structure and role through the connection of hierarchical discrimination between content and form. In other words, it is divided into an covert internal structure system and an overt actual operation module. Connecting this in modern Chinese is as follows. First, the hierarchical discrimination linkage and compositional relationship of language units according to content and format are linked to semantic feature- phonological feature, sememe-morpheme, concept-word, judgment-sentence, and inference-paragraph. Second, in terms of the relationship between structure and role, it can be divided into a structural unit and a role body. Structures include phonological features, morphemes, words, phrases, clauses, and their attributes, such as noun, verb, adjective, and adverbality. And its roles include Componental Tone Unit and Componental Composition. Third, in creating and deriving modern Chinese, Phonological Features play an important role in terms of form and structure, and Componental Tone Unit play a key role in terms of content and roles.
