국문 초록

국가산업단지는 우리나라 산업 일자리 창출에 지대한 기여를 하면서 국가 경제의 중추적 역할 수행하고 있다. 그러나 변화하는 산업 환경과 이에 따른 산업정책이 뒷받침되지 못하고 주력산업의 침체와 코로나19 팬데믹의 충격으로 산업단지의 생산, 수출, 가동률이 하락하고 있으며, ICT 산업 발전은 산업 패러다임을 바꾸어 놓았고 기존 전통 제조업 방식 변화가 필요한 시점이다. 4차 산업혁명 이후 산업 변화속도는 더욱 빠르게 진행되고 있으며 우리나라 산업단지는 침체와 위기를 극복하기 위해 시급하고 광범위한 과제를 해결해야 하는 실정이다. 제조업 단일시설만으로는 경쟁력을 유지할 수 없으며, 생산-연구개발-서비스-교육·훈련 등복합경제 공간과 종사자들의 생활·여가 공간이 복합된 공간 조성을 추구해야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 국가산업단지에서의 기본적인 현황을 분석하고 산업단지 내의 사업체들및 근로자들을 대상으로 하는 인식에 관한 설문조사를 통해 융·복합공간의 가능성 및 필요 요소들을 검토하고자 한다. 검토한 내용을 바탕으로 사업체 및 근로자 별 시사점을 도출하여 국가산업단지의 미래지향적인 산업 발전방향을 제시하고 미래형 융·복합공간 조성에 관한 방안을 제시하는 것이 연구의 주요한 목적이다.

영문 초록

National industrial complexes are playing a pivotal role in the national economy, contributing tremendously to the creation of industrial jobs in Korea. However, the changing industrial environment and the resulting industrial policies are not supported, and the production, export, and utilization rates of industrial complexes are falling due to the downturn in the main industry and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The development of the ICT industry has changed the industrial paradigm and it is time to change the existing traditional manufacturing method. Since the 4th Industrial Revolution, the pace of industrial change has progressed more rapidly, and Korean industrial complexes have to solve urgent and wide-ranging tasks to overcome stagnation and crisis. It is not possible to maintain competitiveness with a single facility in the manufacturing industry, and it is necessary to pursue the creation of a space that combines complex economic spaces such as production, R&D, service, education and training, and life and leisure spaces for workers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the basic status of the national industrial complex and examine the possibilities and necessary factors of the convergence and complex space through a survey on the perception of businesses and workers in the industrial complex. The main purpose of the study is to derive implications for each business and worker based on the review, suggest future-oriented industrial development directions for the national industrial complex, and suggest plans for the creation of future convergence and complex spaces.
