경기도 지자체 공간 활동의 기술적 효율성 비교연구

국문 초록

2020년 분석 결과에 따르면, 여주시, 연천군, 광명시, 양평군 등에서 가계 활동의 효율성이 높게 나타났고, 이는 해당 지역의 경제 활동 등의 변화에 따른 결과이다. 그러나, 시간이 지남에 따라 일부 지역에서는 기술적 효율성이 증가하는 반면, 일부 지역에서는 하락하는 경향을 보였다. 2020년에 평택시, 이천시, 안성시, 화성시, 광주시, 여주시, 포천시 등에서 2008년 대비 상업활동 효율성이 크게 향상되었으나, 하남시와 구리시는 기술적 효율성이 하락하였다. 이러한 결과는 지역의 경제 조건, 산업 구조, 기반 시설, 정책 등이 공간 활동의 효율성에 큰 영향을 미침을 보여준다. 2008년에 상업활동 효율성이 가장 낮았던 양평군은 2020년에 가계 활동과 상업활동에서 가장 높은 효율성을 보였는데 이는 자원을 효율적으로 활용하며 경제 활동이 활발해진 것을 나타낸다. 양평군의 활성화에는 경기도 중심지인 수원과의 인접성, 교통 및 물류 기반 시설의 발달, 다양한 산업단지와 상업시설의 형성 등이 큰 역할을 하였다. 본 연구는 공간 활동의 계량적 측정을 통해 투입 요소인 용도 지역의 합리적인 지정과 산출 효과를 높이기 위해 지역 및 부동산개발의 필요성을 확인하였다. 이에 따라 각 지자체에서 투입 요소와 산출 요소의 효율적인 관리의 필요성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

According to the analysis results for 2020, the efficiency of household activities was high in areas such as Yeoju, Gwangmyeong City, Yeoncheon and Yangpyeong County, which is a result of changes in economic activities in these areas. However, over time, some areas showed an increase in technical efficiency, while others showed a decline. In 2020, the efficiency of commercial activities significantly improved in areas such as Pyeongtaek, Icheon, Anseong, Hwaseong, Gwangju, Yeoju and Pocheon City compared to 2008, but Hanam and Guri saw a decrease in technical efficiency. These results demonstrate that local economic conditions, industrial structure, infrastructure, and policies have a significant impact on the efficiency of spatial activities. Yangpyeong County, which had the lowest efficiency in commercial activities in 2008, showed the highest efficiency in household and commercial activities in 2020. This reflects the county's active economic activities through efficient resource utilization, proximity to Suwon, development of transportation and logistics infrastructure, and the formation of various industrial parks and commercial facilities played a major role in revitalizing Yangpyeong County. This study confirmed the need for regional and real estate development to increase output effects through the quantitative measurement of spatial activities and the rational designation of land areas as input factors. Accordingly, it suggested the need for efficient management of input and output factors in each local government.
