국문 초록

본 연구를 포함하여 관련 연구는 이용자 측면에서의 시설접근성, 안내정보의 보편성은 물론, 점차 활성화되어가는 조성과정에서의 참여권 보장 등 유니버설디자인 영역에서 비교적 확대되는 경향을 보이고 있다고 판단할 수 있으나, 아직도 작업자나 종사자의 안전관리, 노동 및 휴게환경 등의 인권측면에서의 고려는 부족하다는 시점에서 출발하였다. 이에 이러한 상황을 정량적으로 평가하여 공공영역의 건축․시설물 조성에 있어서 초기 단계에서부터 인권측면에서 공간구성이 고려될 수 있는 기초자료의 제공을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울시 소유자산 중 복지시설, 교육시설, 문화시설, 공원시설, 체육시설, 청소년시설 등 6개 분야 24개 시설에 대한 현장평가를 진행하여 접근권, 이동권, 환경권, 안전권, 휴게권, 정보접근권, 사생활보호권 등 총 7개 분야에 대한 분석 결과를 제시하였고, 전반적으로 환경이 열악한 근무자 등 내부 종사자 측면에서의 건축공간의 기능 향상이 필요함을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

It can be judged that related research, including this study, is showing a relatively expanding trend in the area of universal design, including facility accessibility from the user's perspective, universality of guidance information, as well as guaranteeing participation rights in the increasingly active construction process, but it is still It started from the point that consideration of human rights, such as safety management of workers and employees, and labor and rest environments, was insufficient. Accordingly, the purpose is to quantitatively evaluate this situation and provide basic data so that spatial composition can be considered from the perspective of human rights from the initial stage in the construction of buildings and facilities in the public area. In this study, an on-site evaluation was conducted on 24 facilities in 6 areas, including welfare facilities, educational facilities, cultural facilities, park facilities, sports facilities, and youth facilities, among the assets owned by Seoul City, to determine the right to access, right to travel, right to environment, right to safety, right to rest, Analysis results were presented in a total of 7 areas, including the right to access information and the right to privacy, and it was confirmed that there was a need to improve the function of architectural space in terms of internal workers, such as workers in overall poor environments.
