국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 노동시장의 불안정성이 임금근로자의 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 자기효능감의 매개효과를 통해 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 장애인고용패널 2차 웨이브 7차(2022년) 자료를 활용하여임금근로자 1,496명의 자료를 분석하였으며, SPSS Process Macro를 사용하여 매개효과와 그 유의성을 검증하였다. 장애인 노동시장의 불안정성을 고용불안정, 임금 불안정, 사회보장 불안정의 세 가지 차원으로 분석하였으며 분석 결과, 노동시장의 불안정성은 장애인 임금근로자의 정신건강에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 장애인 근로자의 높은 자기효능감은 정신건강에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 노동시장의 불안정성과 정신건강의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 노동시장의 불안정성 완화및 장애인 임금근로자의 정신건강 증진을 위한 정책적 개입의 필요성과 자기효능감 향상을 위한 지원방안을제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of a precarious labor market on the mental health of disabled paid-workers through the mediating effect of self-efficacy. This analysis involved a comprehensive assessment of data from 1,496 paid-workers, sourced from the [Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled, 2nd wave, 7th edition (2022)]. This study examined the mediating effect and its statistical significance using SPSS Process Macro. The precariousness of the disabled labor market was analyzed in three dimensions: employment insecurity, wage insecurity, and insecurity in social insurance. The results indicate that precarious labor market negatively affects the mental health of employed individuals with disabilities. Additionally, it was observed that the high self-efficacy of disabled workers positively impacts mental health and mediates the relationship between precarious labor market and mental health. In light of these findings, this study recommends the need for policy interventions to alleviate precarious labor market conditions and to promote the mental health of disabled paid-workers, as well as support measures to improve self-efficacy.
