장애성인의 사진, 음악, 문학 프로그램 만족도 및 요구

국문 초록

이 연구는 사진, 음악, 문학 프로그램을 장애인복지관 및 장애인주간보호시설에서 직접 시범운영해 본 후, 학습자들의 프로그램 만족도와 요구를 조사･분석함으로써 평생교육 프로그램으로서 사진, 음악, 문학 프로그램의 적용 및 확대가능성을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 프로그램 운영을 희망하는 장애인복지관과 장애인 주간보호시설 26개 기관을 선정하여 프로그램을 시범운영한 후, 프로그램에 참여한 235명의 학습자가 응답한 설문조사 결과를 분석하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사진, 음악, 문학 프로그램에 참여한 학습자들의 전반적인 만족도는 매우 높았다. 이를 하위영역별로 살펴보면, 이용방법 만족도가 가장 높았으며, 상대적으로 교육방법 만족도는 낮았다. 참여한 프로그램별로는 음악과 문학 프로그램 참여자의 프로그램 만족도가 사진 프로그램에 비해 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 또한 중년기의 이용방법 및 교육시설 만족도가 성인 전기에 비해 유의미하게 높았다. 둘째, 참여 프로그램에 따른 사진, 음악, 문학 프로그램 희망 정도를 조사한 결과, 자신이 참여했던 프로그램에 대한 희망 정도가 다른 프로그램에 대한 희망 정도에 비해 유의미하게 높았다. 참여했던 프로그램에 향후에도 계속해서 참여할 의사가 있는지 조사한 결과, 93.1%가 계속해서 참여하고 싶다고 응답했다. 이 외에도 구체적으로 희망하는 프로그램 내용을 조사하여 제시하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 장애인 문화예술교육 지원사업의 방향과 장애인 문화예술교육 활성화 방안에 대하여 몇 가지 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze learners‘ satisfaction and demands after conducting a pilot of educational programs on photography, music, and literature at welfare centers and day care centers for people with disabilities. To conduct this study, 26 welfare centers and day care centers for people with disabilities were selected to run this pilots program with a subsequent survey of 235 learners. The key results are as follows. First, learners generally satisfied with the programs provided. They were satisfied with the methods used in the programs the most, while educational methods showed their dissatisfaction. The learners were more satisfied with the music and literature programs than with photography. In addition, middle-aged people were more satisfied with the methods used in the programs and educational facilities than young adults. Second, learners‘ desire to attend the three programs offered demonstrates that they were more satisfied with there programs than other exiting programs. On the question of whether they will attend the same programs again, 93.1% of learners responded they would do so. Specific programs they wanted to attend were studied and presented in this research. Based on the above results, a couple of things on the way forward for culture and art education for people with disabilities as well as ways to promote the education were mentioned in this article.
