예비 국어 교사는 교육실습에서 무엇을 경험하고 어떻게 성장하는가

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 협력적 교육실습 프로그램 상황에서 예비 국어 교사가 어떤 경험과 성장을 하는지 살펴봄으로써 교원양성교육에 주는 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 방법: 협력적 프로그램에 참여한 예비교사의 수업 설계와 실행 과정에서 자료를 수집하고, 문학 수업 전문성 요인을 연구 분석의 틀로 활용하여 일반적 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 결과: 협력적 프로그램에 참여한 예비교사는 수업 설계 과정에서 ‘교육과정 문해력’ 측면의 변화와 성장이 나타났다. 수업 실행 과정에서 예비교사는 학생의 특성과 편차를 이해하고, 학급 분위기나 상황 맥락을 고려하여 교수 전략을 변경하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론: 예비교사의 수업 역량 제고를 위해 그들이 현장에서 경험하는 어려움에 주목하고 지속적으로 피드백하는 전문가 지도가 필요하며, 이를 위해 대학과 현장의 긴밀한 협력 체제를 구축해야 한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive implications for teacher training education by examining what experiences and growth prospective teachers have in the context of cooperative educational practice programs. Methods: A general qualitative study was conducted by collecting data in the process of class design and execution of pre-service teachers who participated in the cooperative program, and using the literature class expertise factor as a framework for research analysis. Results: Pre-service teachers who participated in the cooperative program showed changes and growth in the aspect of ‘curriculum literacy’ in the course of class design. During the course of class execution, it was confirmed that pre-service teachers understood the characteristics and differences of students and changed their teaching strategies in consideration of the class atmosphere or situational context. Conclusion: In order to improve the teaching capabilities of pre-service teachers, expert guidance is needed to pay attention to the difficulties they experience in the field and to this end, a close cooperation system between universities and the field should be established.
