어린이집 조직문화와 교사효능감이 교사영아 간 상호작용에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 조직문화와 교사효능감이 교사영아 간 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 이루어졌다. 서울과 수도권 소재의 어린이집 영아반 교사 203명을 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌고, 자료처리는 spss 25.0를 사용하여 빈도분석, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 어린이집 조직문화와 교사효능감, 교사영아 간 상호작용의 상관관계를 분석한 결과세 변인이 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 조직문화의 하위요인중 ‘합리문화’가 교사영아 간 상호작용에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고 교사효능감의하위 요인 중 ‘양육효능감’이 교사영아 간 상호작용에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 어린이집 조직문화의 합리적인 문화와 교사의 양육효능감이 교사영아 간 상호작용에 중요한 예측 변인임을 시사한다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 교사영아 간 상호작용 증진을 위한 방안이 모색됨으로 보육 서비스의 질적 향상에 도움을 주는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the organizational culture of daycare centers and teacher efficacy on the interaction between teachers and infants. Two hundred and three infant class teachers at daycare centers in Seoul and the metropolitan area, took part in a survey of frequency analysis, Pearson's moment correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. The surveys used and spss 25.0 for data processing. First, as a result of analyzing the correlation between the organizational culture of the daycare center, teacher efficacy, and the interaction between teachers and infants, statistically significant static correlations were found for all three variables. Second,‘rational culture' among the sub-factors of the daycare center's organizational culture significantly affected the interaction between teachers and infants. Among the sub-factors of teacher efficacy, 'parenting efficacy' significantly affected the interaction between teachers and infants. These results suggest that the rational culture of the daycare center's organizational culture and teachers' parenting efficacy are important predictors of the interaction between teachers and infants. The results of this study are to be used as data to help improve the quality of childcare services as measures to improve interaction between teachers and infants.
