관광공급망 연구동향 분석(1999∼2023)

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 공급망 관리에 비하여 관광공급망 관리는 집중적인 학문적인 관심을 받지 못하였는데 지난 25년간 진행된관광공급망 연구들을 대상으로 키워드 빈도분석, TF-IDF, 동시출현빈도 및 네트워크 분석(degree, betweenness, closeness, and eigenvector centrality)을 1999∼2016년, 2017∼2023년의 두 시기로 구분하여 실시하여 연구동향을 제시하는 데 있다. 분석은 R Studio 2021.09.2.+382를 활용하였으며 네트워크 분석 결과는 ggraph 패키지를 사용하여 시각화하였다. 연구에 대한 키워드 빈도분석, 동시출현빈도 및 네트워크 분석결과를 요약하자면 다음과 같다. 첫째, TF-IDF 분석결과에 의하면 1999∼2016년에는 hotel에관련된 연구가 다수 진행되었으며 2017∼2023년 기간에는 cruise, food, service, technology 등에 대한 연구자들의 관심이 높아졌다. 둘째, 동시출현 키워드분석 결과 1999∼2016년 사이에는 관광공급망에서의 관광지 차원의 환경과 관련된 자원의 사용과 관련된 연구들이 진행된 반면 2017년 이후에는 supply-chain, food-tourist, sustainable-tourism이 함께 등장하는 연구주제인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 키워드 네트워크 분석결과 1999∼2015년 연구들에서 공급망과 관련되어 management, destination의 키워드가 매개적 역할을 하면서 비교적 중앙에 위치하는 경향을 보였다. 반면 2017년 이후에는 서비스와 관련된 공급망에 대한 연구가 활발히진행된 것으로 보인다. 관광공급망과 관련된 연구를 1999∼2016년, 2017∼2023년의 두 기간에 대하여 구분하여 분석을 실시함으로써 본 연구는 관광공급망 연구동향의 변화과정을 이해할 수 있는 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

영문 초록

A purpose of this study is to present research trends on tourism supply chain by analyzing keyword frequencies, TF-IDF, co-occurring keywords, and keyword network(degree, betweenness, closeness, and eigenvector centrality) for two periods of time between 1999 and 2016, and 2017 and 2023 in consideration of the fact that research on tourism supply chain has relatively not received much attention compared to the research on supply chain management in general. The main points of findings regarding the chosen analyses are as follows. First, according to the TF-IDF analyses, numerous studies including a keyword of hotel were conducted between 1999 and 2016, whereas more attention has been paid into cruise, food, service, technology, etc. Second, as a result of co-occurrence keyword analyses, destination-specific environment and use of resources in the tourism supply chains were found to be noticeable in the period of 1999 and 2016, the frequently appearing research theme has been related to food-tourist, supply-chain, and sustainable-tourism since 2017. Third, various keyword network analyses show that keywords such as management and destination, positioned in the center of the keyword network, have activley mediated the terms in the period of time between 1999 and 2015, while service-related issues in tourism supply chains have proliferated since 2017. It is suggested that the current study has provided a basis for understanding a shift in the research trends on the chosen research topic by analyzing tourism supply chain research articles for two sub-periods (1999∼2016; 2017∼2023).
