스마트 화물정보망 경쟁력 제고에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 화물정보망에 관한 탐색적 연구로 관련 산업 현황과 스마트 플랫폼으로서의 경쟁력 방안을 제안하는 것에 목적이있다. 국내 화물정보망은 화물 운송⋅주선사업자의 운수업 기반 성장으로 화물운송 매칭 시스템으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 그간 화물정보망은 전통적 화물운송 시장의 운수업으로 치중되었으나 스마트 플랫폼으로서의 성장을 위해선 신규 사업 확장을 고려한 관련 산업 군과의 안정적 결합을 통해 공동의 이익 추구가 이루어져야 각 산업의 역할과 가치를 균형감 있게 발전시킬 수있다. 이 논문에서는 스마트 화물정보망 플랫폼 사업의 확장성을 위해 국내⋅외 화물정보망 현황조사 및 플랫폼 사업 구성을 검토하고 관련 산업 종사자 심층 인터뷰 및 자료 수집을 통해 3가지 상위 요인과 9가지 하위 요인으로 경쟁력 요인을 선정하였다. Fuzzy-AHP 방법론을 통해 진행된 스마트 플랫폼 화물정보망 경쟁력 제고 우선순위 항목은 운송지원 서비스, 금융지원 서비스, 전산지원 서비스로 나타났다. 세부 항목 우선순위로는 표준운임 정보지원, 차량구매 대출 및 자동차 보험 상품지원, 차량 소모품 및경정비 지원 순으로 중요도가 나타났다. 이 연구는 스마트 플랫폼 경쟁력 제고를 위한 화물정보망 성장 전략을 제시하는데 연구의의의가 있으며 향후 디지털 기술이 융⋅복합된 화물정보망 발전 방안으로 사용되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

This research paper presents an exploratory study on the cargo information network, with the objective of proposing a competitive plan for a smart platform and evaluating the status of the related industry. Traditionally, the cargo information network has primarily focused on the transportation sector within the traditional freight market. However, in order to facilitate the expansion of the smart platform, it is crucial to prioritize public interest and establish stable partnerships with relevant industries, while considering the scalability of new businesses and the values and roles of each industry. This approach promotes a well-rounded and balanced development. In this study, the structure of the smart cargo information network platform business was reviewed to ensure its scalability. Surveys were conducted on current domestic and international cargo information networks. Additionally, through comprehensive interviews and data collection from related sectors, three primary factors and nine secondary factors were analyzed. From this analysis, competitive factors were identified. To enhance the competitiveness of the cargo information network in the development of a smart platform, priority elements were determined using the Fuzzy-AHP methodology. These elements encompassed transportation support services, financial support services, and computer support services. Auto insurance product support, vehicle consumables, and light maintenance support were subsequently ranked in order of importance. This research offers significant insights by proposing a growth strategy for the cargo information network, which enhances the competitiveness of the intelligent platform. It is anticipated that in the future, digital technology will serve as an integrated approach to developing the cargo information network.
