간호대학생의 코로나19 위험인식, 수업참여도 및 학습만족도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 코로나19 위험인식과 수업참여도가 학습만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 시행되었다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 부산, 경남 소재의 5개 대학교 간호학과 대학생 168명을 대상으로 하여 2021년 4월부터 2021년 5월까지 시행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS program 26.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, pearson’s correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 그 결과 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 학습만족도는 학년(F=6.965, p<.001)이 유의하게 나타났으며, 상관관계에서는 학습만족도와 코로나19 위험인식(r=269, p<.001)은 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 학습만족도와 수업참여도(r=.505, p<.001)는 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 대상자의 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 수업참여도(β=.444, p<.001)와 코로나19 위험인식(β=.140, p=.041)으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 학습만족도 향상을 위해서 다양한 형태의 수업에 대한 변화와 소통에 민감하게 반응하는 시스템을 구축해 수업참여도를 높이고, 코로나19에 대한 빠르고 정확한 정보 서비스를 제공하여 효과적으로 코로나19에 대한 위험인식을 향상시켜 그에 대응할 수 있는 능력을 함양해 나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of nursing students' COVID-19 risk perception and class participation on learning satisfaction. Data collection was conducted from April to May 2021 with 168 nursing students from five universities in Busan and Gyeongnam. The collected data were descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple using SPSS program 26.0. As a result, The learning satisfaction according to the general characteristics of the subject showed a significant grade (F=6.965, p<.001), and in the correlation learning satisfaction (r=269, p<.001) and COVID-19 risk perception showed a positive correlation, and learning satisfaction (r=.505, p<.001) and class participation showed a positive correlation. Class participation (β=.444, p<.001) and COVID-19 risk perception (β=.140, p=.041) were found to be factors influencing the subject's learning satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve learning satisfaction of nursing students, a system that responds sensitively to changes and communication in various types of classes is established to increase class participation, and to provide fast and accurate information services on COVID-19 to effectively recognize the risk of COVID-19 and develop the ability to respond to it.
