국문 초록

한국 반도체산업은 지난 40여 년간 눈부신 성장을 통해 세계 2위의 반도체 생산국으로 성장하였고, 이러한 한국 반도체산업의 성공에는 대기업 반도체 제조기업과 소부장기업이 중요한 역할을 담당했다. 이렇게 급변하는 반도체산업 환경의 변화 속에서 기업이 생존하고 또 성장해 가는 데는 기업의 최고경영자(CEO)의 역량과 기업의 동적역량이 매우 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 본 연구는 반도체 소부장기업을 대상으로 CEO의 특성이 기업의 동적역량의 매개효과와 기술이전의 조절효과를 통해 기업의 재무성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 반도체 소부장기업 CEO의 기업가정신 중 위험감수성은 기업의 동적역량 중 적응역량과 혁신역량에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 반도체 소부장기업 CEO의 경영자역량 중 네트워크와 기술적능력 역량은 적응역량과 흡수역량에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 반도체 소부장기업의 동적역량 중 흡수역량은 재무성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 반도체 소부장기업의 CEO의 네트워크 역량은 기업의 동적역량인 흡수역량을 매개로 재무성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 기술이전의 조절효과는 CEO의 기술적능력이 혁신역량을 매개로 재무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The Korean semiconductor industry has grown to become the world's second-largest semiconductor producer through remarkable growth over the past 40 years, and large semiconductor manufacturing companies and subsidiaries have played an important role in the success of the Korean semiconductor industry. In order for a company to survive and grow in the rapidly changing environment of the semiconductor industry, the capabilities of the CEO and the dynamic capabilities of the company are very important factors. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed how the CEO's characteristics affect sales performance through the mediating effect of the company's dynamic capabilities and the moderating effect of technology transfer, targeting semiconductor subsidiaries. Risk sensitivity among entrepreneurship of CEO's of semiconductor subsidiaries had a significant effect on adaptability and innovation capacity among dynamic capabilities of the company. Among the managerial competencies of CEO's of semiconductor subsidiaries, network and technical competencies had a significant effect on adaptability and absorption competencies. In addition, among the dynamic competencies of semiconductor sub-maintenance companies, the absorption capacity had a significant effect on financial performance, and the CEO's network capacity of semiconductor sub-maintenance companies had a significant effect on financial performance through the absorption capacity, which is the dynamic capacity of the company. Regarding the moderating effect of technology transfer, it was found that the CEO's technical ability had a significant effect on financial performance through innovation capability.
