日本就職を目指す仲間づくりを目的とした日本語キャンプの実践と効果: SCATによる質的分析を通して

국문 초록

本研究では、B大学のK-Move日本IT課程で試みた日本語キャンプの全貌を報告しながら、キャンプ当日に研修生が記述した振り返りテクストおよび研修課程最終日に行った満足度調査のデータの質的分析により、その効果について考察している。本キャンプでは、これまでの受け身で主体的に動けない研修生などの問題を解決するために、キャンプの設計に組織行動の理論や研究知見を活用しており、その点が大きな特徴である。 質的分析の手法には4ステップのコーディングとストーリーラインから、理論記述を得るSCAT分析を採用した。その結果、キャンプ当日の振り返りテクストからは、｢①仲間になって協働のベースを作る｣｢②日本語活用｣｢③自分自身を知り、目標を立てる｣というキャンプの目的を達成している様子が示された。また、研修最終日に実施した満足度調査のデータでは、日本語キャンプに対して高い満足度を示しており、その理由のテクスト分析から、｢関係構築としての機能｣から、｢仲間づくり｣が実現された実態が明らかになり、また｢目標設定としての機能｣があったことや、｢研修課程の最初の行事としての適切性｣が示された。

영문 초록

The present study reports the Japanese camping conducted in the ‘K-Move’ Japanese IT course at B university. We examine the effects of the camping by qualitatively analysing the reflective texts produced during the camping by the participants and the satisfaction questionnaires conducted on the last day of the training course. This camping is unique in that it is based on the theory of organisation behaviour and related research results in order to solve the issues relating to passive participants. Our survey adopts the SCAT analysis, where theoretical descriptions are obtained through four-step coding and storylines. The analysis of the reflective texts indicates the following: (i) to construct a basis for co-operation by making friends with other participants, (ii) to make use of the Japanese language, and (iii) to reflect on selves and set up goals. The analysis of the satisfaction questionnaires indicates that the participants were highly satisfied with the Japanese camping. The analysis of the texts specifying the reasons of their satisfaction reveals (i) that ‘friends making’ was achieved based on ‘the function of forming relations’, (ii) that the camping had ‘the function of setting up goals’, and (iii) that the camping was ‘appropriate as the initial event of the training course.’
