국문 초록

목적: MICE 산업에서 미팅테크놀로지의 중요성이 대두되고 있는 시점에서 미팅테크놀로지의 특성이 MICE 산업 종사자에게 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 초점을 맞추고, 그에 맞는 기대효과 및 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 따라 미팅테크놀로지를 활용함으로써 MICE 산업 종사자들의 자기효능감과 조직충성도 및 직무몰입도 상호 간의 영향 관계에 대한 탐색을 목적으로 두고, 향후 MICE 산업에서 미팅테크놀로지가 다양한 분야의 종사자가 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 방법: 실증적 연구를 위해 MICE 산업 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 165부의 유효 표본을 활용하여 분석했다. 연구의 통계분석은 인구통계학적 특성을 알 수 있는 빈도 분석을 기반으로 탐색적 요인 분석을 실시했으며, 각 변수 간의 영향관계를 알아보기 위한 다중 회귀분석을 진행했다. 결과: 미팅테크놀로지의 특성이 MICE 산업 종사자의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향은 부분 채택, 미팅테크놀로지의 특성이 MICE 산업 종사자의 조직충성도에 미치는 영향도 부분 채택되었다. 더불어, MICE 산업 종사자의 자기효능감이 직무몰입도에 미치는 영향, 자기효능감이 조직충성도에 미치는 영향과 직무몰입도가 조직충성도에 미치는 영향은 모두 채택되었음을 확인했다. 결론: MICE 산업 전반에서 종사자들의 미팅테크놀로지 활용에 대한 중요성 인식 및 활용정도에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 인적자원이 중요해지는 시점에서 컨벤션 산업에서 더 나아가 다양한 범위의 MICE 산업 종사자에 대한 연구를 진행하여 분석했다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to focus on how the characteristics of meeting technology affect workers in the MICE industry when the importance of meeting technology is emerging and activated in the MICE industry, and to suggest expected effects and activation measures accordingly. In addition, by using meeting technology, the purpose of exploring the influence relationship between self-efficacy, employee loyalty, and job commitment of workers in the MICE industry is to contribute to the efficient use of meeting technology by workers in various fields in the MICE industry. Methods: For empirical research, a survey was conducted on MICE industry workers and analyzed using a total of 165 effective samples. The statistical analysis of this study was based on the frequency analysis of demographic characteristics, and the influence relationship between each variable was identified by conducting multiple regression analysis. Results: The effect of satisfying technology on self-efficacy of MICE industry workers was partially adopted, and the effect of satisfying technology on employee loyalty of MICE industry workers was also partially adopted. In addition, it was confirmed that the effect of self-efficacy of workers in the MICE industry on job commitment, the effect of self-efficacy on employee loyalty, and the effect of job commitment on employee loyalty were all adopted. Conclusion: A study was conducted on the perception of importance and degree of use of meeting technology by workers throughout the MICE industry. It is significant in that it conducted and analyzed research on various ranges of MICE industry workers further from the convention industry at the time when human resources become important.
