청소년의 인구사회학적특성, 음주특성, 정신건강특성이 만취경험에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 만취경험이 있는 청소년의 인구사회학적특성, 음주특성과 정신건강특성이 만취경험에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 음주예방을 위한 교육과 정책의 방향을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법으로는 2021년 청소년건강행태조사의 원시자료를 이용하였고, 본 연구에서는 연구주제 특성상 음주경험이 전무한 청소년을 제외하고, 최근 30일간에 만취경험이 있는지 묻는 질문에 응답한 5,803명이 최종분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Win 25.0을 사용하였으며, 대상자의 만취경험을 파악하기 위해서 빈도분석, 만취경험과 대상자들의 특성과의 관련성을 알아보기 위해서는 카이제곱 검정(χ²-test), 대상자의 인구사회학적특성, 음주특성, 정신건강특성이 만취경험에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해서는 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 인구사회학적특성에서는 학업성적, 주관적 건강상태, 거주형태가 만취경험에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 음주특성으로는 음주시작시기(95%CI:0.620~0.903,p〈.001)와 주류구입용이성(95%CI:0.737~1.512, p=.035)이, 정신건강특성으로는 우울감(95%CI:1.375~2.090, p〈.001)과 고립감(95%CI:0.695~1.092, p=.003) 및 자살시도경험(95%CI:1.593~3.147, p〈.001)이 만취경험에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 이에 본 연구는 청소년의 음주문제에 대한 다각적인 사회정책의 방향과 청소년의 음주예방을 위한 조기개입의 필요성을 논의하였으며, 향후 음주환경에 대한 사회적 관심과 정신건강을 고려한 프로그램의 개발과 중재를 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to understand the effects of demographic and sociological factors, drinking factors, and mental health factors of adolescents with heavy drinking experience, and to suggest the direction of education and policy for alcohol prevention. As a research method, raw data from the 2021 Youth Risk Behavior Survey were used, and in this study, 5,803 people who responded to questions asking if they had drunk in the past 30 days were used for the final analysis. SPSS Win 25.0 was used for data analysis, frequency analysis to understand the subject's drunken experience, and logistic regression analysis to understand the effect of the subject's demographic and sociological factors, drinking factors, and mental health factors on the drunk experience. As a result of the study, academic performance, subjective health status, and type of residence were found to be factors influencing heavy drinking experience in demographic and sociological factors, and drinking age (95%CI: 0.620~0.903, p<).001), Ease of purchase (95% CI: 0.737 to 1.512, p=.035) is depression(95% CI:1.375 to 2.090, p<.001), sense of isolation (95% CI:0.695 to 1.092, p=.003), Suicide attempt experience (95% CI:1.593-3.147, p<.001) was identified as a factor influencing the heavy drinking experience. Therefore, this study discussed various social policies on youth drinking problems and the need for early intervention to prevent youth drinking, and suggested the development and intervention of programs considering social interest and mental health in the drinking environment in the future.
