악성 댓글 문화에 대한 국어교육적 방안

국문 초록

본고에서 다루는 것은, 타인에 대한 배려 없이 악성 댓글을 서슴없이 달고, 언어의 질서를 무시하면서 남을 비방하는 저속한 댓글 문화다. 기존의 문자를 개성 있게 변용하여 개인의 의사를 자유롭게 표현하는 것을 넘어 이제는 댓글이 타인을 공격하는 도구가 되고 있다. 사이버 언어가 사이비(似而非) 언어로 변질되어 청소년의 언어생활에까지 영향을 미치고 있다. 필자는 저속한 악성 댓글 문화에 대해 (1) 문장과 어휘에 관한 교육, (2) 비판적 읽기 교육, (4) 읽기와 쓰기를 연계한 통합적 교육, (4) 띄어쓰기를 포함한 맞춤법 교육 등의 네 측면에서 국어교육적 방안을 제시한다. 이 글은 악성 댓글이 유행하고 우리말의 아름다움이 말살되는 언어 현실에서 국어교사가 학생에게 무엇을 어떻게 가르칠 것인지에 대해 살핀다.

영문 초록

The thing that the present thesis makes issue of is the continued comment culture wherein ill-intended comments are posted up without hesitation and other people are slandered, ignoring the order of language. The comment system has now gone beyond the realm of the past's making of use words in order to freely express an individual's opinions, becoming a tool designed for recklessly attacking others. The cyber-language has deteriorated into a mock-language, even affecting language use by the youth. The author proposes a language education plan responding to the continued ill-intended comment culture in four aspects, namely (1) education of sentences and vocabulary; (2) education of critical reading; (3) integrated education that combines reading and writing; and (4) education of the rules of spelling including word spacing. This thesis examines in detail what things Korean language educators should teach to students and in what ways, amidst the reality of language wherein ill-intended comments are popular and our language's beauty is being obliterated.
