예비 국어 교사의 수업 설계 양상

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 예비 국어 교사의 수업 전문성을 읽기 수업 설계 방식을 중심으로 살펴보는 것으로 연구 문제는 예비교사의 읽기 수업 설계 양상은 어떠한가, 예비교사가 읽기 수업 설계에서 고려하는 요소가 무엇인가, 예비교사가 읽기 수업 설계 과정에서 겪는 어려움은 무엇인가이다. 자료 수집은 2개 대학 72명의 예비 국어 교사를 대상으로 3차시 읽기 수업 설계 활동과 설문 조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 자료 분석 결과 예비 국어 교사의 40.3%가 목표 중심의 읽기 수업 설계를 제대로 수행하지 못하여 읽기 수업 설계 시에 수업 내용과 제재 내용에 대한 구분을 하도록 지도하는 것이 필요하였다. 수업 설계에서 중요하게 고려하는 요소는 학생, 수업 내용, 수업 방법이었으며, 학습 목표에 대한 고려를 한다고 인식하고 있으나 실제 수업 설계에는 적절하게 반영하지 못하였다. 읽기 수업 설계에서 읽기 전략 활용에 대한 고려가 부족하여 읽기 수업의 특수성을 반영하며 수업을 설계하는 능력을 키우는 것이 필요하였다. 예비교사들은 차시를 분배하며 수업 설계하는 것을 어려워하였고, 수업 설계를 할 때 학습자에 대한 이해, 수업 모형, 전공 지식 등의 능력이 필요하다고 인식하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out pre-service Korean language teacher’s teaching professionalism focusing on reading instructional design. In order to accomplish this research purpose, the following research questions are constructed. 1) How is pre-service teacher’s reading instructional design? 2) What are the factors which pre-service teacher considers in reading instructional design? and 3) What are pre-service teacher’s difficulties in reading instructional design? Data sources were from pre-service teachers’ reading instructional design activities in three lessons and survey seventy two pre-service teachers in two universities participated. The findings of data analysis showed that 40.3% of pre-service Korean language teachers can not accomplish properly reading instructional design focusing on objectives and it is necessary to teach them to distinguish lesson’s content from material’s content in reading instructional design. The important factors they consider in instructional design are students, lesson’s content and lesson’s method. They perceive that they are considering lesson’s objective but they can not plan it properly in the real instructional design. They are needed to improve instructional design competence reflecting reading instruction’s specialty.
