장애 요인 분석을 통한 한국어 온라인 수업 발전 방향 모색

국문 초록

목적：이 연구는 한국어 교수자들이 온라인 수업 과정에서 경험한 환경적·교육적 장애 요인을 분석하고 이를 토대로 한국어 온라인 수업의 발전 방향을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법：이를 위해 고등교육 기관 한국어 교수자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 결과：그 결과, 환경적 장애 요인으로 인터넷 인프라 부족, 수업 준비 시간 증가, 디지털 학습 도구 미비, 교육 기관의 한정적 이해와 지원, 교육 기술 학습 부담, 재택근무로 인한 업무 방해, 수업 준비 비용 증가 문제가 거론되었다. 다음으로 교육적 장애 요인은 상호작용·의사소통 문제, 수업 활동 설계의 어려움, 과제 검사 및 피드백, 시험·평가 방식, 기존 교수전략 부적합, 출결 확인 및 수업 독려, 기존 강의 계획 부적합 순으로 조사되었다. 결론：미래의 질 좋은 한국어 온라인 수업의 토양을 다지기 위해 디지털 격차 해소, 한국어 교수자 (재)교육 제공, 언어교육 전문 소프트웨어 개발, 저작권·초상권 문제 해결, 평가 방식의 변화, 온라인 수업에 대한 인식 변화가 요구된다.

영문 초록

Purpose：The purpose of this study is to identify environmental and pedagogical constraints in Korean online course, and to find ways to develop Korean online course based on them. Methods：To that end, a survey was conducted on Korean educators at institutions of higher education both in domestic and overseas. Results：Firstly, environmental constraints appeared in the order of insufficient Internet infrastructure, increased class preparation time, lack of digital learning tools, limited understanding and support from educational institutions, burden of learning educational technology, disruption of work due to telecommuting, and increased cost of preparing classes. Secondly, pedagogical constraints were raised in the order of interaction and communication, design of class activities, task feedback, testing and assessment methods, re-design of teaching strategies, attendance verification, and re-design of syllabus. Conclusion：To develop high-qualified online course in Korean language education, it is suggested that we should narrow digital gaps, provide trainings for Korean educators, develop softwares specialized in language education, solve the problem of copyright and portrait right, find proper online testing and evaluation methods, and change perception of online course.
