국문 초록

목적：서사교육에서 정서로서의 혐오에 대한 대응 방향을 탐색하는 것이다. 방법：먼저 정서로서의 혐오의 본질과 특성을 탐색하고, 서사교육에서 정서교육의 방향을 탐색한다. 이를 바탕으로 은희경의 「아름다움이 나를 멸시한다」를 통해 서사에서 혐오 정서의 재현 양상에 대해 예시하고, 교육 방향을 제안한다. 결과：서사교육에서 혐오 정서를 다루기 위해 우선 인물이 혐오 정서를 형성하고 발현하는 과정을 재구성하여, 그 기저에 작용하는 신념을 이해해야 한다. 그리고 인물의 혐오 정서의 형성과 발현에 작용하는 사회적 요인을 이해함으로써 사회적 정서로서 혐오 정서의 성격을 이해한다. 그리고 이러한 혐오 정서를 학습자의 삶에서 반성하고 검토하고 성찰하는 과정을 통해 혐오 정서를 이해하고 조절할 수 있는 능력이 길러질 수 있다. 결론：정서로서 혐오를 다룸으로써 서사교육에서 혐오 발화와 행위를 다루는 것과 달리 근본적인 자기 성찰의 계기를 제공하면서 정서 조절 능력을 증진할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose：The purpose of this study was to explore the direction of educational approach to hate as a emotion in narrative education. Methods：In order to accomplish this research purpose, First, explore the nature and characteristics of abhorrence as emotion, and then explore the direction of emotional education in narrative education. Based on this, Eun Hee-kyung’s “Beauty despises me” exemplifies the reproduction of hate as emotion in the narrative and suggests the direction of education. Results：To deal with hate emotion in narrative education, first of all, we understand the belief in hate emotion by exploring the character’s action involved hate emotion. And by understanding the social factors that act on the formation and expression of the character’s hate emotion, we understand the nature of hate emotion as social emotion. And through the process of reflecting, reviewing and reflecting on these hate emotion in the learner’s life, the ability to understand and control them can be nurtured. Conclusion：By dealing with hate as emotion, one can improve one’s ability to control one’s emotions while providing an opportunity for fundamental self-reflection, as opposed to dealing with hate speech and behavior in narrative education.
