성인의 일상 대화 능력 향상을 위한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

목적: 이 연구는 성인들의 일상 대화 능력 향상을 위한 교육요구도를 분석하고 우선순위가 높은 교육 내용을 제시하고자 하였다. 방법: 일상 대화 교육요구도를 측정할 수 있는 연구도구를 개발하고, 만 25-79세의 성인을 대상으로 교육요구도를 분석하였다. 교육내용 선정은 Borich 요구도 점수와 The Locus for Focus 모델을 사용하여 두 방법 모두 우선순위가 높게 나타난 문항을 최우선순위로 확정하였다. 결과: 총 1066명의 성인들이 연구에 참여하였으며, 교육요구도 분석 결과 일상 대화 교육의 최우선순위 문항 11개를 선정하고 그것을 바탕으로 교육 내용을 제시하였다. 또, 성별, 연령, 지역, 최종학력, 직업 유형에 따른 교육요구도를 분석한 결과, 인구통계학적 변인에 따라 교육요구도에 조금씩 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 성인들을 대상으로 한 일상 대화 교육 프로그램을 개발할 때, 최우선순위 교육 내용을 적극적으로 반영하고 교육 대상에 따라 교육 내용을 달리 설계할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the educational needs for the improvement of daily conversation ability of adults, and also to present the educational contents with high priorities. Methods: After developing a research tool for measuring the educational needs of daily conversation, this study analyzed the educational needs targeting the adults in their 25-79. Results: Total 1066 adults participated in this study. In the results of analyzing the educational needs, this study selected total 11 top priority items of daily conversation education, and then presented the educational contents based on them. Second, in the results of analyzing the educational needs according to sex, age, region, the highest level of education, and occupation type, there were a bit of differences in educational needs according to the demographic background. Conclusion: In case when developing a daily conversation educational program for adults, it would be necessary to actively reflect the top priority educational contents, and also to differently design the educational contents depending on the target of education.
