국문 초록

본 연구는 지각된 스트레스와 공격성 간의 관계에서 좌절 인내력 부족과 분노 반추의 이중매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 만 18세 이상 남녀 230명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 지각된 스트레스, 좌절 인내력 부족, 분노 반추, 공격성 간의유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 스트레스와 공격성의 관계에서 좌절 인내력 부족의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 분노 반추의 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째,지각된 스트레스와 공격성 간의 관계에서 좌절 인내력 부족과 분노 반추의 이중매개효과가 유의한것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 의의 및 제한점을 논의하였으며 향후 연구를 위한 시사점을 제안하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the dual mediating effect of intolerance offrustration and anger rumination in the relationship between perceived stress and aggression. Tothis end, an online survey was conducted on 230 men and women aged 18 or oldernationwide. For data analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlationanalysis, and structural model analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0. As aresult, First, there were significant positive correlations between perceived stress, intolerance offrustration, anger rumination, and aggression. Second, in the relationship between perceivedstress and aggression, the mediating effect of intolerance of frustration was found to besignificant, and the mediating effect of anger rumination was not significant. Fourth, in therelationship between perceived stress and aggression, the dual mediating effect of intolerance offrustration and anger rumination was significant. Based on the results of this study, thesignificance and limitations were discussed, and implications.
