국문 초록

‘기술과 디자인은 하나다’라로 시작된 융합은 이미 4차 산업혁명의 시작으로 입증되었다. 본 연구에서는 CPTED(범죄예방디자인)의 사업과 인지건강마을조성 사업을 합하여 동시에 안전과 건강을 도모하는 두 가지의 사업의 가능성을 제시하고자 현재 시행되고 있는 두 가지 사업의 사례와 통계, 그리고 해당사업 조사자료를 통해 확인하고 각 사업의 장점을 최대한 활용을 하여 공공디자인이 거주민의 안전과 건강을 지키는 우선적 역할을 확고히 하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하고자 본 연구는 다음과 같은 사례연구과정을 거치게 되었다. 먼저, 현재 국내에 진행되어진 CPTED사업과 디자인적 상황을 조사하고, 두 번째로 시행 완료된 인지건강마을인 삼태기건강마을의 사례를 조사하여, 인지건강사업이 CPTED사업과 융합이 가능한지를 확인하였다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 향후 진행되는 사업이 CPTED의 범죄예방만이 아닌 각 지역적 특색에 맞춘 고령화 사회의 거주민 안전과 건강을 동시에 수행이 가능하도록 하여 공공디자인이 가진 역할을 최대치로 올리는 것을 기대해 본다.

영문 초록

The convergence that started with the saying ‘technology and design are one’ has already been proven as the beginning of the 4th industrial revolution.In this study, the CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) project and the cognitive health village development project are combined to present the possibility of two projects that promote safety and health at the same time. Through the case and statistics of the two projects that are being re-implemented, we want to confirm through the survey data and to make the most of the strengths of each project to ensure that public design has a priority role in protecting the safety and health of residents. To achieve this purpose, this study went through the following case study process. First, we investigate the current CPTED project and design situation in Korea, By examining the case of Samtaegi Health Village, which is the second cognitive health village that has been implemented, It was confirmed whether the G-Health project could be fused with the CPTED project.Through this study, future projects are expected to maximize the role of public design by enabling not only CPTED crime prevention, but also the safety and health of residents in an aging society tailored to each regional characteristic.
