송대(宋代) 경덕진 청백자와 고려청자 다구(茶具) 조형 비교 연구

국문 초록

송대(宋代)(960-1279)와 고려왕조(918-1392)는 시간 축으로 볼 때 두 같은 시기에 위치한 왕조이다. 다구(茶具)는 차 문화에 의해 발생한 생활 기물이며, 송대 경덕진 청백자와 고려청자의 다구 생산은 모 두 양국의 음식 문화, 도예 수준, 예술 심미 성향을 드러낸다. 송대는 중국 도자 발전의 절정기이고, 송대 경덕진의 청백자 다구는 우수한 차 도구로써 재료와 디자인의 특징이 잘 드러나 많은 인기를 얻 은 도자 품목의 하나이다. 또한 같은 시기 한국의 고려청자는 조형, 유색(釉色), 그림 장식의 완벽한 결 합을 통해 고려 시대의 가장 대표적인 공예 미술의 하나가 되었다. 중국 차 문화와 월주요(越州窯) 도자 제작 기술의 영향을 받아 고려청자와 송대 경덕진 청백자는 다 구의 조형 디자인 측면에 많은 공통점을 보이지만 또한 일정한 차이점 역시 존재한다. 양자의 공통점 은 모두 월주요의 제작 공예를 계승하여 발전시킨 것이며, 조형 디자인은 대부분 자연 사물에 대한 모 방이나 과거 청동기와 금은기(金銀器)를 모방한 것이다. 차이점은 고려청자 다구 조형은 금속 기법인 상감 기법과 장식 기법을 융합하여 고려의 특징적인 예술 스타일을 형성한 것이다. 본 연구는 양 지역 의 다구 조형 디자인에서 찻잔(茶盞), 찻잔탁(茶盞拖), 찻주전자(茶壺) 등을 중점적으로 비교 분석하며, 이를 통해 양국의 다구 디자인과 생산을 더욱 정확하게 인식하고, 고대 사람들의 절묘한 디자인과 구 상을 현대 다구 생산에 활용하여 공예 미술의 발전에 일정한 도움을 줄 수 있다.

영문 초록

Song Dynasty(960-1279) and Goryeo Dynasty(918-1392), actually the same periods from the perspective of timeline, are important historical periods of China and South Korea respectively. Tea set is a kind of living utensils accompanied by the tea culture. The tea set production of Jingdezhen bluish-white ware in Song Dynasty and celadon ware in Goryeo has respectively reflected the corresponding food culture, ceramic craftsmanship and artistic aesthetic tendency. Song Dynasty acts as the peak of the development of Chinese ceramics, and tea set of Jingdezhen bluish-white ware has become one of the most popular porcelains with its superior materials and humanized design. Meanwhile, Goryeo celadon ware has become one of the most representative arts and crafts symbols in Korean peninsula with its perfect combination of shape, glaze color and pattern decoration. Influenced by Chinese tea culture and the porcelain technology of Yue Kiln, there are many similarities and differences between Goryeo celadon ware and Jingdezhen bluish-white ware in the design of tea sets. Both of them are inherited and developed the porcelain technology of Yue Kiln, and the shape design is mostly the imitation of natural things or bronze and gold and silver wares in the early stage. The difference lies in that the shape design of tea sets made of Goryeo celadon is integrated with the national characteristics, and improved to form a unique artistic style of Goryeo characteristics. This paper mainly carries on the comparative analysis of the shape design of tea sets in the two places, with types of tea cup, saucer, and holding pot. We can better understand the design and production of tea sets in the two countries, and apply the ancient design and ingenious thinking to the production of modern tea sets by these comparative studies, so as to better serve the arts and crafts. 宋代（960-1279）与高丽王朝（918-1392）分别是中韩两国重要的历史时期，从时间轴来看，两个朝代处 于同一时期。茶具是伴随着茶文化应运而生的一种生活器皿。宋代景德镇青白瓷和高丽青瓷的茶具生产分别 体现了两国的饮食文化、陶瓷工艺水平、艺术审美倾向。宋代是中国陶瓷发展的高峰期，宋代景德镇青白瓷 茶具以其优越的制瓷材料、人性化的器型设计成为备受追捧的瓷器之一。同一时期韩国的高丽青瓷以其造 型、釉色、图案装饰的完美结合成为朝鲜半岛最具代表性的工艺美术符号之一。 受中国茶文化和越窑制瓷技术的影响，高丽青瓷与宋代景德镇青白瓷在茶具的造型设计方面有许多共同点 和不同点。二者都繼承和發展了越窯的制瓷工藝，並且造型设计多为对自然界事物的模仿或是对前期青铜 器、金银器的模仿。其不同点，高麗青瓷茶具造型設計融入本民族的特色，並且加以改進，形成了独具高丽 特色的藝術風格。本文主要是对两地茶具进行造型设计方面的对比分析，种类分别有茶盏、茶盏拖、茶壶。 通过这些对比研究我们能够更好的认识两国茶具的设计生产，把古人的设计和巧思运用到现代茶具生产当 中，更好的为工艺美术服务。
