국문 초록

본 연구에서는 공예 분야 문화예술교육사 자격을 취득하고 현재 교육 활동 중인 자를 대상으로 직무역량교육 관련 설문을 시행하였다. 조사 결과 현재 활동 중인 공예 분야 문화예술교육사 대다수가 역량 강화의 필요성을 느끼고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 응답자들이 가장 많이 역량 강화의 필요성을 느끼는 부분은 예술가 및 공예가로서의 자신의 전문성 향상에 대한 부분으로, 그 의지가 높았다. 응답자들은 공예가 역할과 교육자 역할의 병행에 대한 부담, 그리고 그 사이에서 발생하는 그들의 정체성에 대해 고민하고 있었다. 또한 응답자들이 받고 싶은 직무역량교육에 가장 많은 답변을 받은 부분은 공예와 타분야의 융복합에 대한 부분이다. 하지만 응답자들은 불안정한 고용상태 때문에 직무역량 강화교육 참여에 현실적으로 어려움이 따른다고 답했다. 답변을 요약해보면, 응답자들은 직무역량 향상 의지가 있고 자신에게 필요한 역량이 무엇인지 알고 있지만, 고용이 불안정하고 교육준비를 위해 할애해야 할 시간과 비용이 많은 점이 직무역량향상교육 참여에 어려움을 주는 요소임을 알 수 있다. 연구자는 이 같은 조사결과를 바탕으로 향후 공예 분야 문화예술교육사의 직무역량 향상 교육에 대한 연구 방향을 모색하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, a survey was conducted on job competency training for those who have obtained qualifications for Arts and Culture Education Instructors in the craft field and are currently teaching. The research showed that the majority of Art and Culture Education Instructors currently active in the field of crafts felt the need to strengthen their capabilities. Among the responses to the need to strengthen competency, the most responded part was the willingness to improve professionalism as an artist and craftsman. Respondents were concerned about the burden of the parallel role of craftsmen and educator roles, and their identities between them. In addition, the most answered part of the job competency training that respondents want to receive is the convergence of crafts and other fields. However, respondents said that unstable employment conditions make it difficult to participate in job training. In summary, respondents are willing to improve their job competency and know what they need, but the reality is that they are having difficulty in terms of time and cost to improve their job competency due to many tasks other than educational activities and unstable employment. Based on the results of these surveys, the researcher sought a direction for training on improving the job competency of cultural and artistic education instructors in the craft field in the future.
