국문 초록

본 연구에서는 UAV를 이용한 개별불부합지의 조사 방법에 대해 제시하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 UAV 정사영상과 지적관련 자료를 이용해 개별불부합지를 유형별, 규모별로 추출한 후 이에 대한 적용가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 실험지역을 선정하고, UAV 영상을 제작한 후 지적관련 자료를 이용하여 개별불부합지를 추출하였다. 추출은 10필지 미만에서 발생되는 개별불부합지에 대해 불부합 유형별, 규모별로 추출하였다. 추출 결과, 연구지역 전체 총 1,386필지 중 93필지인 6.7%가 다양한 유형(편위형, 공백형, 중복형, 위치오류형, 불규칙형)의 개별불부합지가 발생하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 필지 규모별로는 3필지 이내가 25필지(26.9%), 4∼5필지가 4필지(4.3%), 6∼7필지가 13필지(14.0%), 8∼9필지가 25필지(26.9%)인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 개별불부합지 조사･추출 방법을 이용해 개별불부합지를 조사한다면 지적재조사사업에서 많은 실효성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

In this study, an survey method for individual cadastral non-coincidence using UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) was presented. Specifically, it was attempted to suggest the applicability of individual cadastral non-coincidences by type and scale using UAV orthoimages and cadastral related data. To this end, an experimental area was selected, UAV images were produced, and individual cadastral non-coincidences were extracted using cadastral data. The extraction was performed by cadastral non-coincidence type and scale for each non-coincidence parcel that occurred in less than 10 parcels. As a result of the extraction, it was found that 93 parcels, or 6.7%, of the total 1,386 parcels in the study area had various types of individual cadastral non-coincidences (biased type, blank type, overlap type, location error type, irregular type). By parcel scale, within 3 parcels were 25 parcels (26.9%), 4-5 parcels were 4 parcels (4.3%), 6-7 parcels were 13 parcels (14.0%), and 8-9 parcels were 25 parcels (26.9%). If the individual cadastral non-coincidence extraction method presented in this study is used to survey individual cadastral non-coincidences, it is expected to secure a lot of effectiveness in the cadastral re-survey project.
