교수지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 학습민첩성의 매개효과

국문 초록

빠르게 변화하는 사회환경과 COVID 19 로 대학생들의 진로준비에는 많은 혼란이 초래되었고, 대학과 교수의 역할에도 변화가 요구되고 있다. 이에 대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 시급히 규명하여 취업시장 한파를 돌파할 수 있는 준비를 모색할 필요가 있다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 본 연구는 대학생의 진로준비행동에 있어 교수지지의 역할과 학습민첩성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 교수지지, 진로준비행동, 학습민첩성과 관련된 선행연구를 고찰하여 변인 간 연구모형을 설계하였다. 본 연구는 대구, 경북권 내 4년제 대학의 재학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 수집된 165명의 데이터는 SPSS와 AMOS을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수지지는 대학생의 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교수지지가 높을수록 학습민첩성에 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습민첩성이 높을수록 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 교수지지와 진로준비행동 간 학습민첩성이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 교수지지와 학습민첩성이 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 의미하며, 교수지지와 진로준비행동이 연결되기 위해서는 학습민첩성의 역할이 중요하다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 대학과 교수는 학생이 자신에게 맞는 진로를 준비할 수 있도록 관심을 기울여야 하고, 사회변화에 유연하게 대응하고 새로운 것을 학습할 수 있는 역량으로 학습민첩성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다. 더불어 학생의 학습민첩성과 진로준비행동에 교수지지가 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 밝혀진 만큼, 교수 본연의 역할인 학습과 진로지도 역량을 제고하고 학교 또한 교수의 역량 제고를 위해 필요한 지원을 적극적으로 제공해야 한다. 상기 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The rapidly changing social environment and COVID 19 have caused a lot of confusion in university students career preparation, and the role of universities and professors is also required. This study attempted to verify the mediating effect of learning agility in the relationship between professor support and career preparation behavior. To this end, previous studies related to professor support, career preparation behavior, and learning agility were reviewed, and the model between variables was established based on this. For the practical verification of this study, the survey was conducted on students from four-year universities in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do, and 165 data collected were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that professor had a significant effect on university students career preparation behavior. Second, it was found that the higher the professor support, the more sensitive it was to learning agility. Third, it was found that the higher the learning agility, the more significant it had on career preparation behavior. Finally, it was found that learning agility between professor support and career preparation behavior partially mediated. These findings indicate that professor support and learning agility have a positive effect on career preparation behavior, and that learning agility must be sensitively expressed in order for professor support and career preparation behavior to be connected. Considering the results of this study, universities and professors should pay attention to help students prepare for a career that suits them, and improve learning agility with the ability to flexibly respond to social changes and learn new things. In addition, as it has been found to be a prerequisite for students learning agility and career preparation behavior, the original role of professors, learning and career guidance capabilities, and schools should also actively provide necessary support to enhance professors capabilities. Based on the above research results, implications and future research directions were presented.
