직장 내 사회적 지지와 유아교사의 회복탄력성이 문제행동지도 효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 직장 내 사회적 지지와 회복탄력성이 문제행동지도효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 유아교사의 문제행동지도 효능감 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 부산광역시와 경상남도에 근무하는 유아교사 317명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며, 문제행동지도 효능감을 알아보기 위해 김성현과 이종향(2019)의 유아교사의 문제행동지도 효능감 척도를 사용하였고, 직장 내 사회적 지지를 알아보기 위하여 박지원(1985)이 개발하고 임진형(2000)이 수정･보완한 측정도구를 사용하였다. 마지막으로 회복탄력성을 알아보기 위하여 신우열 등(2009)이 개발한 측정도구를 류슬기(2020)가 유치원교사를 대상으로 수정･보완한 측정도구를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 Window용 SPSS 25.0를 이용하여 분석하였다. 먼저, 유아교사의 사회적지지, 회복탄력성, 문제행동지도 효능감의 일반적 경향성은 평균과 표준편차를 통하여 살펴보았고, 변인 간의 관계는 Pearson의 적률상관분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 다중회귀분석 방법 중에서 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 직장 내 사회적 지지와 회복탄력성은 문제행동지도 효능감에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교사의 직장 내 사회적 지지의 하위변인이 문제행동지도효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 사회적 지지의 하위변인 중 물질적 지지만이 문제행동지도효능감에 영향을 미쳤고 , 영향력은 7%로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 회복탄력성이 문제행동지도효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 회복탄력성의 하위변인 중 자기조절능력은 23%, 긍정성은 2%로 나타나 자기조절력의 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 문제행동지도 효능감을 증진시키기 위해서는 직장 내 사회적 지지와 회복탄력성 , 특히 물질적 지지와 자기조절능력을 증진시켜야 할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for improving the effectiveness of early childhood teachers problem behavior guidance by examining the effects of social support and resilience in the workplace of early childhood teachers on problem behavior guidance effectiveness. This study conducted a survey on 317 early childhood teachers working in Busan Metropolitan City a Gyeongsangnam-do., a measurement tool developed by Park Ji-won (1985) and modified and supplemented by Im Jin-hyeong (2000) was used to examine social support in the workplace. Lastly, in order to examine resilience, the measuring tool developed by Shin Woo-yeol et al. (2009) was modified and supplemented by Ryu Seul-gi (2020) targeting kindergarten teachers. The data collected in this study were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 for Windows. First, the general tendencies of early childhood teachers social support, resilience, and problem behavior guidance efficacy were examined through the mean and standard deviation, and the relationship between variables was analyzed by Pearson s moment correlation analysis. In addition, stepwise regression analysis was performed among multiple regression analysis methods. The main research results are as follows. First, the social support and resilience of early childhood teachers at work had a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of problem behavior guidance. Second, as a result of examining the effect of a sub-variable of teachers workplace social support on problem behavior guidance efficacy, only material support among the sub-variables of social support had an effect on problem behavior guidance efficacy, and the influence was 7%. Third, as a result of examining the effect of teachers resilience on problem behavior guidance effectiveness, among the sub-variables of resilience, self-regulation ability was 23% and positivity was 2%, indicating that the influence of self-regulation was greater. These results of this study suggest that in order to enhance the effectiveness of early childhood teachers problem behavior guidance, it is necessary to enhance social support and resilience at work, especially material support and self-regulation ability.
