국문 초록

선목 소신학교는 대구대교구가 운영한 유일한 소신학교이다. 대구대교구는 1911년 교구 설정 이후 대신학교와 소신학교가 함께 공존한 성 유스티노 신학교를 운영하다가 1945년 3월 일제에 의해 폐교당했다. 이후 1982년 선목 신학대학이 개교했는데, 이 두 학교 사이를 이어주는 가교 역할을 하는 것이 선목 소신학교이다. 선목 소신학교는 국가법으로는 일반 중고등학교였고, 교회법으로는 소신학교로서 이중의 시스템으로 운영되었다. 1966년 개교하여 1975년 폐교 될 때까지 10년이라는 짧은 기간 운영되었지만, 선목 소신학교는 수백 명의 사제직 지망자들의 중등교육과 사제양성을 담당하던 못자리였다. 본고는 선목 소신학교의 개교과정, 개교, 학교 구조와 방침, 폐교과정을 시간 순서대로 서술한다. 이를 통해 선목 소신학교가 대구대교구 사제양성에서 차지하는 위치와 공헌한 역할에 대해 탐구하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Sun-Mok(Bonus Pastor) Minor Seminary is the only Minor seminary run by the Archdiocese of Daegu. After the establishment of the diocese in 1911, the Archdiocese of Daegu operated St. Justin Seminary, which coexisted with the Major and the Minor Seminary, but was closed by the Japanese in March 1945. Then, in 1982, Sun-Mok Major Seminary was opened, and Sun-Mok Minor Seminary serves as a bridge between the two seminaries. Sun-Mok Minor Seminary was a general middle and high school according to the national law, and was operated in a dual system as a minor seminary according to the Canon law. Although Sun-Mok Minor Seminary was opened in 1966 and operated for a short period of 10 years until it was closed in 1975, Sun-Mok Minor Seminary was the place where hundreds of aspiring priests were in charge of secondary education and priesthood. This thesis describes the opening process, opening, school structure and policy, and closing process of Sun-Mok Minor Seminary in chronological order. Through this, we intend to explore the position and contribution of Sun-Mok Minor Seminary in the formation of priests in the Archdiocese of Daegu.
