영문 초록

This study examines the craft occupations that were limited only to the “area of concern for generational disconnection” and suggests improvement plans as it relates to the improvement of the items supported by the skilled technology transferee within the ｢Skilled Skill Transmitters｣-related project. This is to establish the position of the craft so that the skilled technology in the craft field can be actively utilized in the industrial field. In order to present such an improvement plan, the contents were analyzed by comparing the status of the events that have been conducted so far with similar systems. As for the identified items, the qualification requirements, advertisement standards, and support items were compared between the Korean Master Master System and the Skilled Skill Transmitters in the Excellent Skilled Technician System. The similar system here was compared and analyzed between the system of the central government and local governments including metropolitan and local governments.
