국문 초록

본 연구는 20~30대 여성을 대상으로 일상속 미묘한 성차별경험과 우울 및 전위공격성의 관계에서 자기침묵과 분노억제의 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 전국의 20~30대 여성 370명을 대상으로 일상속 미묘한 성차별경험 척도, 우울척도, 전위공격성 척도, 자기침묵 척도, 분노억제 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. SPSS 22.0, AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일상속 미묘한 성차별경험과 자기침묵, 분노억제, 우울 및 전위공격성간 유의한 상관이 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 일상속 미묘한 성차별경험과 우울의 관계에서 자기침묵은 완전매개효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 일상속 미묘한 성차별경험과 전위공격성의 관계에서 분노억제는 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 넷째, 일상속 미묘한 성차별경험과 전위공격성의 관계에서 자기침묵과 분노억제가 순차적으로 이중매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 가지는 의의와 한계에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of self-silencing and anger-in between perceived gender microaggression and displaced aggression and depression among women in their 20s and 30s. participants were 370 women in 20s to 30s and they completed the online survey which measured everyday gender microaggression, depression, displaced aggression, self-silencing and anger-in. The data was analyzed with SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 18.0 The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, significant positive corelation among everyday gender microaggression, depression, displaced aggression, self-silencing and anger-in. Second, It was confirmed that the self-silencing arising from everyday gender microaggression and depression was the complete mediation. Third, It was confirmed that the anger-in arising from everyday gender microaggression and depression was the partial mediation. Forth, the self-silencing and anger-in showed sequential mediating effect on the relationship between everyday gender microaggression and displaced aggression. Finally, the meanings and limitations of this study and future research tasks were discussed.
