상담, 자문, 기관지원이 장애학생에 대한 상담효과성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

연구목적: 초등, 중등, 고등학교 상담교사를 대상으로 상담지원, 자문지원, 기관지원이 장애학생의 상담효과성을 높이는데 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 수행하였다. 연구방법: 기술통계, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 독립표본 t 검증 분석, 일원배치 분산분석, 다중회귀분석방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 상담교사가 특수교육에 대한 연수경험이 상담지원, 자문지원에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 정서교육에 대한 연수경험이 기관지원, 상담효과성에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상담교사에게 기관지원이 상담효과성에 가장 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 30%의 설명력을 보였다. 그리고 기관지원의 사후분석에서는 동료교사의 협조가 장애학생의 상담효과성에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 31%의 설명력을 보였다. 결론: 상담교사들이 장애학생을 효과적으로 상담하는데 필요한 상담정책과 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 기초정보를 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was to find out the change of counseling support, consulting support and institutional support on counseling effectiveness of students with disabilities. Method: Descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used. Results: The results were as follows. First, counseling teachers showed a statistically significant difference in counseling support and consulting support for the experience of special education. And the experience of emotional education showed a statistically significant difference in institutional support and counseling effectiveness. Second, institutional support showed the highest effect on the effectiveness with 30% explanatory power. In the post-analysis of institutional support, co-teachers co-operation showed a statistically significant effect on counseling effectiveness of the students with disabilities, and showed an explanatory power of 31%. Conclusion: This study suggested that the counselors provided the basic information needed to develop the counseling policy and the educational program needed to effectively counsel the students with disabilities.
